Key cards kept messing up . The door was really hard to open. Not much for parking. Could smell pot from the people next door to us . We got a double bed room and one of the beds were very uncomfortable so we ended up sharing a bed. The gas station seems a little shady but a good lion being right there is convenient.

Lots of people smoking in the rooms which would seep into your room. I feel like all rooms should be smoke free and there should be a designated smoking area on the side of the building instead of people smoking right outside their rooms . Gaps at the bottom of the doors which let cold air in and possibly bugs. Refrigerator did not work.

The price was good . Room was clean.

Beds were loud and sounded hollow beneath the mattress. Pillows were flat, but overall was comfy.

There was a person pacing outside and one lady sitting outside smoking that looked sketchy.

The area was clean and well lit. It sits right beside a FoodLion, Arby's and a gas station. The room was clean and big. It was a good night stay and we will stay again.

The rooms were very dirty. The floors weren’t swept, at all, so you know they weren’t mopped either. Gunk, hair, crumbs, and dirt everywhere. There was mystery goo splattered on the walls by the bathroom sinks, bathrooms, and walls by the beds. The beds were dirty. The first room had stains all over the flat sheets. The pad under the sheets was absolutely horrible. I don’t think they had been removed and washed in forever. I was traveling with my family, two of them toddlers. There’s no way I could let them roam around those rooms safely. The bed frames were metal and rusty in some areas. There was old food on the floors, including whole cookies, which I’m sure they would have found and tried to eat. The counter clerk was dismissive. She apologized after the first room was dirty. The second room she gave us the AC was broken. She was slightly argumentative and said it was new. The room was hotter than it was outside. The unit was lit up but stuck on 78. The fan wouldn’t work and nothing happened when you switched the controls. The last room she gave us was dirtier than the first one. There was actually food in the bed. After that the counter clerk refused to give us refund, despite spending less than 2 minutes in each room, and showing her the pictures of the nastiness. We did not stay. I am out $107 because I refused to put my kids in a roach motel. If you need somewhere to stay by the hour, then this is the place for you.

Staff doesn’t respect personal boundaries and doesn’t take you seriously when there is a complaint. The lady at the front desk questioned me every time I went to ask for a towel to wash. She only gave 2 towels each time which were very thin and falling apart and there was my daughter and I staying . Housekeeping walked in on my daughter in the room unannounced 2 hours before our check out time scared the crap out of her.

The employees at Brentwood were beyond exceptional!! I hate that I didn’t get his name but one male employee I have to take my hat off too!! I had a slight issue and I just knew that they would tell me to leave! Well, the young female pretty much told me to figure it out! But this guy came forward and worked with me so I wouldn’t be out in the cold!! I will forever be greatful to this young man!! Keep making people smile!! You change lives with something as simple as that!
