Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe Male checkin staff was rather gruff and not pleasant. I ask if he had made sure my Wyndham rewards were entered and he said yes. But when I checked out, the lady informed me they had not been and so she did it. Have had this problem with Days Inn before.

United StatesBreakfast was horrible...eggs cold sausage was cold using 1 little candle in the middle of the big box they were in was way under sufficient, out of apple juice not sure if they knew how to change when I asked and just hung a sign out of order.. no spray for the griddle there was stuck waffle mix and couldn't use it was left as is. CanadaAt breakfast they didn't have any utensils or plates & no butter for you to have breakfast!! When the staff was asked they did nothing to rectify the issues. We weren't the only ones asking for items ....... nobody was taking care of the breakfast bar. They obviously have gone through a renovation but there's lots of things still needing attention!!

United StatesTV was small. For $30 nore you can get a bigger one at best buy. Lamps thruout the room we're half broken, and put back together. Breakfast was a disaster. No coffee, mo orange or apple juice, no big plates. Had to eat my 7 inch waffle on a 4 inch plate. . With a cheap flimsy plastic fork. Did I mention there was no coffee or OJ? There was no one servicing the food or wiping down tables as guests passed thru. Every table was dirty. Couldn't find anyone to help. There was no coffee or OJ.
Room was small, but surprisingly ok. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. It was clean.
