Very poor and dirty place. Never worth the $75 I spend, dirty towels aand everything else just nasty as well. Had to spend $ 8 for desinfacting wips. So disappointing that a company advertised with there brand name.

I WAS IN ROOM 217, AND ROOM 218 HAD PEOPLE BANGING ON THE DOOR, TO LET THEM IN. GOT NO SLEEP. THE PICTURES ON THE WIBSITE INCLUDED CEREAL AND A JUICE BAR, FOR BREAKFAST, SHOWED A FULL BREAKFAST BAR, THE ONLY THING FOR BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE MUFFIN YOU WOULD A PRESCHOOLER, SAME WITH THE TINY JUICE BOX.

We choosed to pay at the property (which is a bit more expensive), Booking.com gave us that option. Normally you can choose at the desk at check in to pay in cash or creditcard. When we arrived it was already taken from my creditcard while I would pay in cash. This was complicated. The man didn't know how to put it back on my creditcard, instead of that he took the amount again from my card. So I paid 3 times. The next day there was a lady at the desk, more helpful and she booked the 2 times back on my creditcard. The only thing is that my Bank is charging me 3 USD for this on/off my creditcard transactions. Not a big thing, but unnessecary because I already choosed to pay more for paying in cash. This could be better, just wait for when the client is at the desk.

The room is big and clean. It has all facilities you need. We really enjoyed!

Everything: The breakfast is basic with 3 items to take away. The room was old, unpainted. The washbasin only have boiling water. Terrible stay here.You can have better options for the same prices in other towns in Route 66.

Only negative thing I have to say is that the "breakfast" wasn't much. They had prepackaged mini muffins, apples and snack pack peaches is all.

We had got snow up in the mountains and stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and the Staff was very friendly.

We did not stay. Dilapidated room 105. Broken toilet, no shower curtain, no microwave, the chair in room had a big tear,then sent to RM 118, smelled bad, tv wouldn't come on. Said enough is enough and turned in key cards and stayed somewhere else. Need my money refunded!

Bed bugs changing room three times..garbag in trash ,bed sheets dirty not changed. Second room bugs in shower and all over bathroom floor dirty pads in trash...three room smelled very bad dead bug beds ni top sheet . Pillow had bloody spots on it ...food was left in Mini fridge...we where told that we wouldn't be charge but yet we did and she never brought us sheets or pillowcase to change the sheets ourself...we left very early due to couldn't be comfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!! We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we got to the hotel and checked in and got to our room. The room was not clean. There were holes in the walls, all of the furniture was damaged with huge parts of paint missing. The room was suppose to be non smoking room but reaked of Marijuana. I felt like I was going to get high if I stayed in that room for very long. There were pubic hairs in the toliet. The walls were missing paint, the carpet wad dirty and worn out. The whole room needed to be replaced. This is not a room I would qualify as being a Days Inn quality room. If I was the owner of the Days Inn brand, I would pull their franchise name from them immediately!!! , They should not allow their name to be used. This hotel looked like it should have been in Gordon Ramsey's Hotel nightmares episode. I would not even let my dog stay in the room that I was given. I did not get to see the second room, but my brother and his wife after viewing the second room/their room, came and said they would not stay at a place like this. We stayed in this room for no more then 10 minutes total. We went to the office and asked for a full refund. I am still waiting for it to be done. The family that runs this should be removed from the Days Inn brand as soon as possible. I hope this will help someone else save their money and time. I wish I had taken pictures of the room to share.
