The place was filthy. There were boxes all over when we were checking in. When we got to our room there was a plunger outside our door. Our carpet in the room was completely soaked. My daughter wouldn’t even sleep under the covers because of stains on the bedding. We were supposed to stay two nights but ended up finding somewhere else to stay the second night. I’m not usually one to complain but this was just bad.

No hot water in the shower. Sink faucets were switched so hot water was cold water handle. So soap to take a shower. Refrigerator froze all my food. Lock on the door was broken. Hair dryer was missing. Will not be staying here again.

the interior of the hotel shows of a serious lack of attention and maintenance. frankly it was a dump! very low-end!! the room wasn’t cleaned well, hair on the toilet rim and found one the high-end plastic wrapped honey buns, that they serve as “breakfast” between the nightstand and sofa (which had a chunk missing from the front of the sofa). There was a 2-3 year old in the room above me that was training for the Olympics and easily ran 40 miles back and forth in the room my last night there. oh well

The place was messy. One of the queen beds in the room wasn't cleaned - there was hair and makeup smudged all over the white sheets and pillowcases. The room's carpet was not vacuumed and was sticky some places. There was no trash can in the room. The surfaces of the tables and dressers had smudges and stains on it. It was just not clean.

The only good things about this place are the location, the clean towels, and the dead bolt on the door.

everything from the front desk people being unprofessional to the people staying there the hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. the room I had the tub backed up on me and the table that was in the room was broken I even caught people smoking in the stairwell. I have paid less for way better locations I’ll never book here again

Your facility was very dirty and we didn't feel safe with homeless people hanging around and the staff didn't tell them to leave. The pictures you have on your website are faults.

Place was clean. Staff were very respectful. We got the room we reserved. Was given a room at the time we arrived, didn’t have to wait.

We were given a second room that was not properly dried out after a flood there. The carpeting smelled, the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned behind the door, and old washcloths had been left behind by the cleaning person. There were paint splatters on the walls and older doors. We were too exhausted to complain until the next morning, which was when we found out the continental breakfast had ended at 8:00 am. Staff confirmed the flood, which was the reason for the fans, hand towels and plastic bags left in the hallway. We were told much needed renovations were being delayed pending a sale to a different motel chain.

We had asked for non smoking room. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Think it may have been coming from the adjoining room. Smell went away a while after they left. The hallways also smelled like a skunk had gotten loose in them. That cleared up too after the first night.

Beds are very comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Both really came in handy. Staff was very friendly and did well accommodating to our needs.

Cheap price for 2 nights., So we decided to stay 2 more nights. When the 4 nights were up we booked another 2 nights . We told the gal at the desk we needed to go make some money. She said fine and we had until 11pm to check in. At 6pm I got a message from my bank telling me that Days Inn ran my card for $60+, but it was declined. I called the hotel and she said that since the charge didn't go through that now I needed to put down a deposit. That's Bullsh*t. We were told by 11pm so they shouldn't have ran my card until 11pm

the breakfast hours are very early and it’s not really a breakfast just a grab and go danish and maybe some juice.

Strong cigarette ordor in the room from the fan and restroom fan... Booked it a non-smoking, tried to ask to switch to a different room but all rooms are assigned they said...

In spite of requesting early checkin , Check in was delayed by 20 minutes, lady at reception said they have just one cleaning lady , Stains and Very Dirty carpet in room, cockroaches in bathroom, breakfast items were very limited , no drinking water in break room, cold milk no microwave in break room

Rooms were still dirty loud music all night people smoking anything and everything legal or not in the hotel was happy to check out.
