A short girl with ridiculous fake eyelashes banging on my paid-for room eight minutes before my check - out time and threatening a late fee. She was abrasive, rude and ruined the whole trip for me!

The prices and the breakfast. There should be fresher coffee in the lobby. However, I didn't like not severing water but selling bottle instead.

The hotel was dirty with shredded and stained carpets. The walls were peeling. I dont understand why you would have doors that can close over the elevator doors. This is a practical joke waiting to happen (or) in case of emergency this could be detrimental.

There is no short distance shuttle, IE: to light rail or Walmart and there were a number of sketchy people that made it uncomfortable to be outside of my room even for breakfast.

My phone died and I asked the overnight front desk girl to see if she had any extra wall chargers or if she could put a charge on it for me just to get a phone number so I could get a ride from the hotel to my destination the next morning and she was not helpful at all she did not help me one single bit. I had to wait till the girl came in in the morning and she helped me no problem.

I had a great experience with the checking girl and the early morning front desk girl. My phone died and I forgot the Wall part of the charger and the morning front desk girl charged it for me I was so appreciative. I believe that she does an amazing job she made her breakfast was completely stuck all morning I think she needs a raise I know she's new but I think she needs a raise. She is the only reason that you guys are not getting a horrible review.

Everything except manager she tried very hard to please.

Manager was very good and accommodating went out of her way to please, great lady. Most of other staff I encountered were lazy and did not care. Cold coffe in morning at 4:00. The said the would have fresh at 4am. Did not leave enough towels. Breakfast was all sugar stuff nothing healthy. Hotel needed slot of repairs .

Everytime we left for the day, the staff was smoking right outside of the door. When we came back the room always smelled the pot smoke. The staff was friendly but the smoking and smell I didn't like.

going through renovations, had to wait 10 mins at the lobby for someone to come check us in, they were out back ;). carpet is old and dirty, but can’t really complain for the price. might not be the best place to stay with little kids, attracts a certain kind of people you know?

cheap, wasn’t expecting much from it. for the price, it’s excellent, beds are comfy and facilities adequate. breakfast is just muffins and pancakes, nothing special. if you just need a place to stay are in a pinch this is just fine

Location going through remodel so trash is expected. Guests were disruptive sometimes and breakfast is non existent.

Noise, not overwhelming, but slightly annoying. Neighboring room had the tv on through the night. I think the connecting door was the problem. Maybe some insulating door strips would solve it.

The clerk kept my drivers license at check in then had a weekly paid guest put my license under my door while I was out. what happened to right of privacy. Now that guy who was hitting on me knows my full name, address, birth date and license #. The outside of the hotel looked like homeless people were close by and dirty. There was no breakfast to speak of.

The second room I was put in was clean and comfortable, the first room stunk and felt dirty.

1 of the lamps was broken at the socket, the ground prong was broken off. The light above the sink that the main lightswitch controls was broken. the refrigerator control knob was broken off so I could not keep items colder. the bathroom had an odd smell, like old cigarette smell or something. The table/desk surfaces had some sticky stuff on them. Sink faucet was completely loose. Weird brown stuff on the ceiling. My neighbors would drunkenly fight most nights, hitting the walls and screaming. When I first pulled up, there were a handful of people just hanging out in the parking lot and it did not exactly feel safe. One guy was walking around the lot with an open container of alcohol and drinking, no brown bag or anything. another couple of guys were just hanging out next to a car smoking and listening to music loud. one man was sitting in his passenger seat drinking. I did not feel safe making multiple trips to bring my stuff up to the room. The luggage dolly was missing, the staff said they used to have 2 but someone took 1 and they didnt know where the other was. The front parking lot was mostly dark at night, only a small arera was well lit. the back lot was well lit but there was a lot of broken window glass all over so clearly some break-ins to vehicles. I hardly saw anyone wearing masks walking around in the building.

Breakfast was just packaged muffins. nothing special at all but understandable considering the circumstances. The staff was nice and courteous as well as helped answer any questions I had. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well. that's about all I can think of.
