Hotel obviously dated but a deep clean of furniture,hoovering and dusting the room and changing the antiquated bath taps etc which didn’t work would go a hell of a long way

There was no breakfast and not much near the hotel without a car to buy any food

The hotel was dirty. The carpeting throughout was dirty and obviously hadn’t seen a vacuum in far too long. The bathroom was antiquated and had cracked tiles and grout throughout. Thank god I only had to stay one night.

The bar was not in use and was covered in dirt and dust, the plants are dead in the hotel it kind of seemed deserted. Online it asked if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room I selected smoking but when we got there they said there was no smoking rooms. So why ask??

The fact that they don't offer breakfast is a minus for me. If the staff had been as rude as they were in the past and the airport transfer had been as badly delayed as in the past, this would have been my last stay there.

The free airport shuttle and the relatively low price are the deciding factors for my booking there.

The wi-fi didn’t work We’re from Canada and the only way to contact family was through wifi. Breakfast was supposed to be included. No breakfast. Befs were very soft.

There was black mold in the shower of the room I was in, a dead cockroach was in the drawer where the Bible was kept.. the swimming pool did not have the spa, it was cemented in. There was no breakfast and I swear that was advertised on booking.com.

I liked how close it was to the State Fair grounds, but that’s it really.

The rooms were barely clean, in fact the 2nd room we went to had urine on the toilet seat. The first room had missing light bulbs and also had a dirty bathroom. The beds were dusty and had hair behind the pillows. The pillow cases were stained. I was also surprised to learn that housekeeping only comes every 4 days.

tv reception and signals were not the greatest not a lot of kid channel options to choose from only had nickelodeon, cartoon network came in but was fuzzy and no sound for the channel (i have a 4 yr old and 6 yr old), saw a cockroach crawling in the room the minute we walked into the room (did not see one rest of stay), wifi was very shoty had to relogin every 5 to 10 minutes. the pool was indoors which was awesome but the water was freezing to the point we only swam for 30 minutes. our refridgerator in our room just ticked the entire time being there. needs some improvement but overall not a bad stay.

pricing was fair for the three day stay. the pool and front lobby area were so beautiful and made an entrance in the hotel.

The walls and floor were grimly stained I didn’t like walking around without shoes, chairs were stained. My Nov 3-4 night room was way worse than my Nov 11-12 night. I don’t get my wake up call that I asked for either!

the motel/hotel was VERY outdated, furniture was old and chipped, refrigerator was rusty and had a broken leg and not plugged in when arrived, wasn't very clean, TV reception was terrible, did not feel comfortable at all here. The price should have been like half the price. there was no breakfast in the morning, the ice machine did not work, had to use a different one.

Location was the only thing we thought was good, It was only a few minutes away from our Venue.

Needs some TLC seems to me that they once was very nice. The bed was comfortable and bug free. I saw other reviews that said that they had seen them. Happy I didn't.

Easy to find everything. The pool was nice.
