I will say the only positive is the location to caverns. Everything else is not worth it though. First room we received, when we walked in it smelled of mold, turn the light on & it’s all over the one wall from water damage. Second room we received, don’t worry if you lose your room key - the door doesn’t lock! My husband tried slamming it multiple times with no luck before going back to the front desk. The man took my husband to the room to show him how to close it properly. It took the employee over 6 times to get it right. Onto the third & final room - toilet seat completely broken & it was infested with ants.

I would not consider a grab and go bag a breakfast. Problems with door opening that was repaired. The floors were extremely dirty. My feet were Black every time I walked in the room.

The bed was comfortable. The location was quiet and near interstate 81 The price was very reasonable for what we received.

There was an open gallon jug half empty sitting g in front of our door that we had no idea what it was and we kicked it out of the way in order to go into our room There were ants crawling in the floor of the bedroom. There were spiders and at least one roach in the bathroom.

There was a fly in the bathtub, there was no microwave, there were two shampoo bottles and the TV wasn't working. In the photograph, this is what the hotel considers a free breakfast.

The sheets were stained and had cigarette holes in them, I couldn’t get the drawers in the dresser open, there was a fly in the room, and when I asked for a swatter, there wasn’t one. There was no holder for the toilet paper, it just sat in the hole in the wall, and the toilet leaked. I was disappointed in the Grab and Go breakfast.

There was a refrigerator in the room. The shower had hot water. It was close to the Endless Caverns.

The first room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, but the front desk person quickly got us into a different room.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely nice and the parking lot was well lit. This location is close to the different caverns and some really good little places to eat. The room was quiet and the view from the front facing rooms was beautiful!

no tissues, no hair dryer, stained towels, pillows very flat, breakfast was bagged with peanut butter crackers, granola bar, banana and water bottle. should have juice options. Coffee in lobby but no lids for cups.

the bath room smelled like urine. obviously the maids did not clean it. there was muk all over the toilet paper dispenser. there was used coffee packs left in the coffee pot. doesn't take much to clean a small room, but they didn't. won't stay here again. ice makers were out of order.

liked the king size bed, and smoking privileges. also liked the tv.

The first room we has the toilet was stopped up and was literally leaking to the floor. The next room, the toilet worked but the pillow broke my face out badly and the blankets made my whole body itch. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and in the morning u had to take Tylenol for the back pain and benadryl for the itching. Horrible experience. Well from now on pay the extra for a hotel. We came up an a day early for our Massanutten vacation which is the only reason we needed somewhere quick to sleep.

When I complained about the room I immediately got a new one with no debate.

Property was fine for a one night stay. They are still renovating so there is some furniture sitting in the breezeways. They are doing best to keep it orderly. Because of Reno the breakfast is a to go bag which isn’t what we wanted but good for kid snacks once on the road. I assume once construction is finished they will again have breakfast. Room was very basic. Beds are clean . Could’ve done a little better on tub and toilet . Also they definitely need to invest in new towels ! They did the job and were laundered but were dingy and worn thin with some staining. New flooring in the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall ok for a night or two but needs some tweaking . I think it’s a little overpriced should be no more than 100 .00 a night .
