We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFelt a little Lucky I had cash for deposit. Online I Selected this location partially for the gym (that was closed) and the Restaurant that was also closed. Would have been nice to know the status of those online. Don't think it would have stopped me from this location and price now knowing the cleanliness was great but I did have to alter plans and drive for dinner and morning exercise plan because of this.
Seamed safe and clean. Had a nice brochure list in the lobby for things to do. Was able to park in a lighted area with easy access. Room stayed comfortable temperature without running the air.

There was no breakfast. They said because of Covid but we had stayed in 2 other hotels in the area and they had breakfast. They were just being cheap and using false advertizing.

United StatesThere was no breakfast served. Should be updated on booking. And the staff at that time was extremely rude to my daughter when asked about it. Being a Wyndham property I expected it to be nicer. But was grateful for the amenities.
The location made it easy to get to the Coyotes game. Easy to find coming into town. Clean exterior. Nice clean spacious area for dogs. Checking in staff was super nice to my husband and son.

United StatesMy room was run down. There was a tear in the carpet. The facilities were old and run down. I now know why it was cheap. Just old and run down. I was told by a local detective that a lot of rough people stay at this hotel. People on drugs and committing crimes stay here, so be very careful. My stay here was ok. No one bothered me or approached me during my stay. No bedbugs in my room!
I liked the cost. It was cheaper than other hotels.

United StatesThe booking add said they had a restaurant and bar area it is why we choose this hotel so we didn’t have to try to find places to eat , when we got their they said the Restaraunt and bar had been closed for over a year. Very inconvenient and they had no ice machines on the property, when I went to checkout at 5:00 am today they were unable to give me a receipt said they can not print one or email me one and it wouldn’t allow them to check me out this was the manager of property who told me this.
