First off, you have to understand how old this property is. I am in a wheelchair 50/50 and thought it was pretty hilarious and cool that they have a mini lift in the back of the property for the wheelchair. Both happy that they have accessibility.

Coffee in my own room, instead of having to leave the room to get coffee.

Curtains on the windows an if so put a Babe Ruth touch on it😘

I loved everything all ways on point excellent staff come an go as unnoticed unless necessary. Breakfast was wow only thing I could really point out as maybe a helpful word of advice is curtains for the windows in the room. I stayed here in 05 06 and what it is now is just amazing great renovations!🥰🥰😍😘😘

The bed/room was super comfy and I liked being able to have contactless check-ins. It was really close to everywhere we needed/wanted to go and was easy to get in and out of. I also liked that there was enough parking because usually hotels offer you none or charge you an extra fee for parking. I also enjoyed knowing the history of the hotel and seeing the photos of Marilyn!

The traffic noise was a little bad at times but nothing we could or would complain about just one of those things, in the main the hotel met all our expectations

Such a beautiful and very quaint original hotel, steeped in history. The staff are simply exceptional, did not get his name but the guy at breakfast was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and mega friendly. Rooms are simple but very clean, nice bathroom and bed was good, overall we were very happy with our stay and would 100% stay again.

The feeling of the upper floors being slanted

I liked the historical aspect of the hotel, it's a little step back in time, but with a fresh appeal. Friendly staff, very good selection for breakfast & prepared by a smiling chef!!

Bath wtr controls were marginal with only hot water, no cold, and a handle that was loose and difficult to turn on or on. New cartridge is needed to fix hot cold and a new handle to use properly.

The location is great, is a very nice and charming neighborhood. The surroundings are full of wild birds. This particular area is home to wild peacocks, we were very excited to see them in the morning just walking by the street. Very beautiful. Breakfast is very nice and has plenty of options. The staff is extremely nice.

Location was iffy but not an issue. Everything was wonderful except the bathroom had tons of little flies.

Loved the double room, double bathroom super convenient when traveling with children. Loved the breakfast and staff. The place really exceeded my expectations.

The only thing, our room was by the stairs so we heard people coming and going until late at night.

Going home. Not being able to say goodbye to the crew.

Loved the breakfast and coffee. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kathy was very pleasant but I knew she would be since she was a fellow Ohioan. Have decided to stay again this fall when we return for a visit. Maid service was great and accommodating.
