location - very crowded place. But on the other hand it is in the heart of new york and is very practical to go everywhere.

Check-In took almost half-hour because she could only find a reservation for 1 room even though I had reserved 2 rooms. She was quite polite, however, and finally went to her manager and sorted it out.

Location was excellent. Rooms were a good size and well equipped. I was surprised to find that in spite of paying $500 per room per night, there was no refrigerator or microwave.

The breakfast option is only "grab and go" style, which was not really good for us because we had a toddler with us, and we would have preferred to have somewhere to sit. We had to just sit in some chairs in the lobby which felt very awkward and not easy to be eating there. Also I think the soundproofing from outside the hotel was good, but a lot of sound came from the hallway -- we could hear the elevator dinging throughout the night, people in the hallway, and doors closing. It would be much better to include an interior door for the bedroom or some other sound blocking features. The entrance to the hotel is also rather awkward, because you're either coming in from the car dropoff or this really nondescript door and hallway to reach an escalator to get to the lobby.

Location is great, and the staff was very welcoming when we arrived. We were glad we opted for the room with the view of Times Square, which does mean looking out to the side of the window but is still very impressive.

I would have liked to have known the breakfast was $20 at the grab and go. The wrap was greasy and inedible. If I would have known it wasn’t a real breakfast I would not have paid extra and just went to a restaurant. The coffee was horrible.

The breakfast situation, not being any close to my family and being disabled. Not being allowed late checkout for one hour and didn’t call us us back to inform us.

We paid for breakfast thinking it was a buffet or something similar. It was a grab and go. We didn’t even get to use it and paid a lot for it. We also had to address that when arriving and had to get it approved. When we clearly paid for it.
