Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThere was one of the elevators that smelled like week. The halls and rooms did not smell but the elevators did and made me dizzy. I hate that smell. Other than that this hotel is great.
It was clean, organized and check in took like 1 minute. Pool looked nice. Great parking lot and I was not charged for parking like most hotels.

United StatesThe site that I used to book the hotel did not mention any parking fees it actually said the hotel didn’t have any parking fees and once I arrived at the hotel I was charged for parking. Even after I explained and showed the young man that the site showed there were no parking fees.

Fantastic staff and super clean premises with and sanitiser for everyone. The rooms are spacious, modern and super clean. The shower and coffee were a good way to start the day, and the central location made everything easy, whether you are coming from the airport, going out for meetings, or shopping. I will be going back to this hotel again.

Panamathe room was clean and corfortable but there was not a lot of service in the halls. The room in from of me left a tray with garbage and food leftovers next to their door and it stayed there for 3 days before someone picked it up… it smelled terrible in the hallway.

New ZealandWe found a bag in one of the beds, we were told they would refund parking as a result, but as yet no refund. I have also found two other payments taken from my credit card since I left. I have no idea what these are for and was never informed of any payments coming off (one is not a small amount). I've contacted booking.com and haven't had a reply from them yet either. Parking is expensive also and should be free if you're staying at the hotel.
Room was nice, facilities were good with a pool and small gym (although we didn't use either). We also didn't use the cafe/bar. Easy to get around Fort Lauderdale from the location. I think it's probably better suited to business than families.
