Price gouging! Paid $2200 for 3 nights over Labor day weekend. Staff tried to put us in a room that had less amenities than we paid for. (Smaller room with a chair rather than sitting area with a couch.) Overlooked an alley with garbage, rats, and drug users.

    Clean room, comfortable bed.

The elevators took unreasonably long to arrive. I believe one of them was down though.

Clean, easily accessible, large rooms with a great view.

Extractor fan didn't seem to be working in bathroom, lighted doorbell (it was room for hard of hearing) wasn't working. Room was stuffy with thermostat set on "Auto" but the fan never came on until we pressed fan icon to keep it running constantly. Would have liked if there were hooks on wall by door.

    Clean room

Cashier in the restaurant during breakfast was rude. Not all three lifts were in a working condition so we went down by stairs as a lift cabin was always full.

More staff in the Bistro restaurant. It seemed they were overwhelmed and the wait time for our food was long. The food was very good.

We felt very secure in this downtown location in Seattle. The room itself was quiet even though we could hear the noises of the street outside, which is typical for that location. The staff was very helpful and generous with information and valet parking was awesome!

I didn't like that room service is not available and the ice maker not available on each floor. I wish the TV was closer to the bed so you could watch from bed.

We very much appreciate the gentleman who checked us in when we arrived. He took the time to tell us about the area and provide us with a map and directions. We appreciated his friendliness and humor. He made us feel welcome! Beds were comfortable and our room, a king water front room was spacious with a sofa, fridge and microwave. Love the pillows.

Unfortunately the pool was closed which was a shame as we weren't told in advance. Also the area around the back of the hotel had a homeless/drugs problem and we didn't really feel safe going out at night, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. The city of Seattle has a problem with people on the streets, as have many other cities along the west coast of America. Which is really sad

The hotel was in a good location to most attractions and the train station, The space needle and cruise port were only a 30- 40 min walk away. The reception staff were excellent and also allowed us to check in early, as we arrived by cruise ship, which was great 👍

One of our windows was facing the alley and every so often you could literally see people in the alley shooting up drugs. A bit scary to see that when you have little kids in the room too. The building is older and so the windows are a bit thin which let in a lot of cold air.

The room was a great size, the restaurant had delicious food and the valet people were very professional. I was a bit nervous about the area but felt safe walking outside to and from the Seattle Sounders game. We were also able to walk to the boardwalk without any issues.
