We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI was hungry, exhausted, and emotionally done from all the travel stress. I did not like having to wait outside in the cold for the hotel shuttle to arrive. When I called to send the shuttle, I was told the ETA would be 20 to 25 minutes. We stood out there for what seemed like 45 minutes. Not a good first impression. I was angry, but I blamed the traffic.
With the curtains drawn, the room was nice and dark for getting a good night's rest. Very comfy and cozy. I'm a little embarrassed that I couldn't figure out how the shower works right away. But I got it. The breakfast was great! I passed on the waffles, but enjoyed the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, the boiled eggs, the yogurt and coffee. I was full and satisfied while I was waiting at the airport. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Very conveniently located close to Dulles International Airport. It is approximately 5 minutes away. The check out time is at noon which is quite generous! Most places have guests check out at 1 11:00

United StatesThere was no hot water to shower it was always Luke warm. The breakfast area was a pigsty they did not look to clean it up. The tables were dirty and the counter was always littered with crumbs and food people left. Coffee was not refilled and sometimes ice cold. The people that worked there were always sitting behind the wall and you had to call them out if you needed to ask a question.

United StatesThe staff was not friendly and welcoming at all. I get a message the day before arrival to go to door 6, 2H area. I called for the shuttle and the front desk attendant tells me to go to 2B, completely opposite end. I was with my elderly mom so we had to walk an extra 4-5 minutes when we could’ve just exit straight to 2B. He explained that the reason for the mistake was airport renovations weeks ago. I got the email the day before arrival. He didn’t admit that the booking email with instructions to the shuttle was incorrect.
