The tv was very small and mounted very lopsided on the wall and i guess the tv company was having an issue with fx/espn and we couldn’t watch any football that weekend(not the hotels fault but super annoying). The room also had an old ac/mildew smell that was pretty strong when you walked in. This is very knit-picky but the sheets/towels were very scratchy my skin is all itchy and irritated from it.

We came for a nascar game we stayed at this hotel because the price point was way better than the other hotels in the area. The racetrack was across the street which was super nice not to deal with the hassle of parking and whatnot. The hotel is also walking distance to target, Aldi, and a lot of restaurants. There is also a super cute minor league baseball stadium(i wish we could have gone to a game but the timing did not match up). The staff were also very friendly. The continental breakfast was run of the mill which was totally fine and was open later on the weekends. Also the noon checkout was very nice.

The beds were too firm for us and the coffee provided in the room was not good. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan as well. The towels were a bit rough also.

It was within walking distance of the soccer stadium, which was the purpose of our stay and our room was very spacious. The staff were great at check in and check out.

I honestly think they need to reevaluate their cleaning staff. There was a dirty wash cloth in the shower and the coffee pot had not been cleaned. I didnt tell them til morning as we were exhausted and I did not pursue compensation or a discount. Lets just do better...

The room was huge and we needed the space as we arrived after driving 15 hours. Check in was a breeze and this is a great location if you are going to explore the area. Wish we'd had more time there.

Entering and Exit is difficult. You need gps! Hotel smelled slightly mold ish in all common areas , hallways. Rooms were better. 3 rd Floor carpets were older. But things were clean in appearance.

Front Desk was great. Everyone was Friendly and knowledgeable. Close to Legends Shopping Mall. Monarch Ball Park. And A Speedway. Good Breakfast

There was a $50 per night hold on the credit card ($100 in our case) that wasn't mentioned before making the booking and put a moderate damper on what we were able to do while out on vacation. I have yet to receive the $100 back as of this review.

Not the hotel's fault but here was a room with 8 people (5 kids) staying in it next door to me ad hey were a bit loud.

I don’t want to say it wasn’t clean, because I do believe they clean appropriately!! I didn’t see or find anything that just really grossed me out. I just think the hotel itself could use a really good, deep clean. It’s just an older hotel I think. After running around in the room for 15 min or so, our toddlers socks were black on the bottom. Kind of made me weary to walk barefoot. Some hairs in the shower and some random things like an earring in the floor that wasn’t ours. Not deal breakers but some people are pickier than I! I just think I could’ve found a similarly priced hotel with some upgrades, but I would stay here again with no issue.

Staff was so friendly & helpful! Super easy check in and out process. Breakfast was really good! Lots of options and kid friendly (and clean/fully stocked). Our bed was comfy & for the most part it was decently quiet to have as many kids staying as this place seemed to have. Location was right next to shopping & some restaurants and right off interstate- convenient!

Check in lady was very positive and friendly, given they were booked up due to Taylor Swift concert. I liked the proximity to restaurants, and hotel was quieter than expected
