Not enough food choices on the property. No separate pool and hot tub just for hotel guests aside from the water park. No room service or food delivery options.

It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s starting to show its age though. The pullout bed was uncomfortable, the kitchen had dirty dishes and food left from previous guests, and the furnishings were mismatched.

The hours of the water park were terrible. Check-in was 3-4 and the park closes at 4 but you can pay $33 for two hours from 4-6. Disappointed kids. Park then doesn’t open until 12 noon. Not great for an overnight guest.

We ate at Carver’s Steakhouse inside the restaurant and while the food was excellent, the service was very slow. We ordered an appetizer that hadn’t arrived after 45 minutes - our waitress was friendly but I think she was one or two working. I’m not sure where the short-staffed area of the restaurant was but many tables around us were also waiting an hour for their appetizers and then another 40 minutes for main meals.

No daily cleaning/garbage removal from the room during the stay. No milk for coffee. Considering the price, these should have been provided.

Beautiful surroundings; fresh air; great rosemary geranium line of shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Convenient parking and restaurant in the lodge (unfortunately opening for breakfast only at 8am, a bit late for early risers, but good dinner menu).

The pool was closed the entire weekend. I paid extra to stay at this hotel to be able to go in the pool and I didn’t know the pool was closed until I got there. The hot tub closed early at 6pm. I fell it should be open later.

The room cleaning. We were asked on check-in if we want the cleaning service every day and we agreed. But nobody came to clean our suite, on the third day we had to ask staff 2 times to come and at least take out the stinky garbage from the kitchen and provide us some clean towels. I missed some kitchen staff like dishwasher tablets, sponge and cutting board We had a hot tube in the room but it is pretty old

The restaurant at the lodge serves absolutely delicious food which is worth every penny. Friendly service and overall nice peaceful atmosphere. The lodge is very clean and although we had a few issues with the room, they were resolved immediately

The food was wonderful however, it took forever for the food. I don’t know why it took almost 45 minutes to get our entrée and it wasn’t that crowded, but it was so great being with the family so that would never determine going again because the food was absolutely fantastic!! My nieces have celiac disease What I didn’t like about the property I can’t say the property it was the charge of the wine. My sister and I got a 9 ounce glass one of Pinot Grigio one of Pinot noir it came to $38. I could not believe it I gave 44 so technically across $22 for a glass of wine for a regular house of glass of wine. Whatever you served at the bar that to me is obnoxious and not right. and the gluten free menu. What is everything! I cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely beautiful facility staff checking in was so friendly and knowledgeable. Jake up was amazing! Going on the elevator we met two women who is just so lovely… the room it’s self was so clean and I would 100% go back again
