We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you are walking to the elevator you walk by the indoor pool which was filthy the water was cloudy then across that there is the ice machine that is leaking into the floors & they put towels down & wet signs. Then the guests that stay there are loud & you are unable to sleep thoroughly. I honestly think this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in!!!!
