Need better security for local riff raff outside the location, an better breakfast alot was watered down i had to buy a extra night to accommodate for a late check-in when there add says 24 hr desk service an when we got there we still had to create a new reservation cause it wouldn't come up. the new reservation should of been a one night with early check-in, but still paid for two full nights i let it go though only cause i was prepared to pay for two night an i was too tired to care after driving all night. Phones just for show if u had a problem u cant call u have to walk back downstairs

Rooms where nice, tv when we got it working was cool, staff trying to be attentive even though they were short staff an alot of the accommodations were just for show i respected that they did there best an excellent costumer service

I didn't like that their was no parking all the time, I made a reservation for 2 nights i only stayed one night. i couldn't sleep on those pillows. The pillows on the bed were extra small and hard, and the facility was looking run down. didn't like how slow the elevator was moving. The ice machine on my floor the 3rd floor was out of order. 3 of the lights in my room weren't working.

The male housekeeper was totally wonderful and friendly. I like the location. I like that they had a microwave & refrigerator.

Shower never got hot nor warm. The ac unit in room made grinding sounds periodically through the night. The rugs labeled with the hotel name throughout hotel had holes in them, as they have been used for a while and need replacing. At 730am I went to breakfast and what was left was 2 oranges, 3 sausages and a scoop of powdered eggs. The sausages links were white in color and did not taste well. We ended up going to breakfast at a restaurant. My son wanted to go to the pool, so we went and opened the door to the indoor pool, it definitely smelt horrible. Upon check out we stood at front desk for over 10 mins and no one showed to inform of issues or complaints. I travel to 6 NASCAR races a year. I Definitely do NOT recommend this hotel location.

they scammed us out of our deposit . they charged us for a towel & a stain in the sheets , which is ridiculous ! the front desk workers were rude & they rather call the police then call a manager .

The pool and the Jacuzzi looked nice and clean. The location was good. The continental breakfast was good. The transport to and from the airport was a plus.I would stay there again.

No hot breakfast... Website showed they had it. Nothing on website indicated they weren't serving it. No protein. Just carbs and sugar. Clerk told me it was due to "covid". Please explain how having muffins, bagels, and waffles sitting out in the open at room temperature is safe against viral infection, but cooking food to 160° is dangerous. I would have had more respect if they had simply said, "food prices are expensive so we just aren't serving hot food right now", rather than making a bull-crap excuse.

Staff was very friendly! Indoor pool and spa was nice for the price! Room was very clean. Coffee maker didn't work, but front desk clerk replaced it himself immediately. Liked that it had a workout room.

The guy who checked us in was on the phone and did not even acknowledge us with a smile. Very unfriendly check in. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There's a big window where the pool is, a bit creepy. The elevator smelled like weed. There were guys congregated out side the building all night just drinking and hanging out. Our toilet handle broke but when we went to report it the morning clerk was sleeping behind the counter. On line this place had decent reviews and a low price but it definitely did not match the reviews. I would not pay$130 to stay here again, maybe $60.
