Water pressure in shower was terrible. Cable TV service was cumbersome. Wifi didn't work the first night.

Room was comfortable and clean, with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff was friendly. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

I didn’t like the fact that our AC wall unit was making a rattling sound, and when I told the front desk about it, they sent a technician to the wrong room. Then when I called back, they said the technician had left for the day, and all they can do is switch me to another room which would’ve been good but at that time I did not want to move all of my stuff so we just stayed there

The hotel was nice. The rooms were perfect. The staff was very good and the breakfast was good as well.

I love this hotel it is a home away from home. I initially stayed at this hotel on my way out due to it's close proximity to the airport. Marsha was awesome her customer service was amazing & beyond reproach. At that late hour explained that we would be checking in the early morning. She was so friendly, approachable & accommodating. The hot breakfast was the cherry on top. On this visit because of how amazing she was we made the decision to stay at this hotel the entire leg of our trip where we found that all of their staff could be just as accommodating as Marsha & of course it warmed my heart to see her later that night. We will not hesitate to stay at this establishment & I truly recommend that anyone looking for a great hotel not hesitate to book this establishment. Our visits so close in proximity were due to the loss of two family members a little shy of 6 weeks apart.

Housekeeping staff didnt speak English so communicating needs (more towels,another blanket) was difficult

Had indicated through Booking.com that I would like a room a bit removed (perhaps three or four doors away) from any ice and/or vending machines. Ended up in a room right across the hallway from the ice machine! Luckily, there did not seem to be much activity at the ice machine during the night, and/or the room door was thick enough to block out any related noise. My partner found the bathtub surface a bit slippery when taking a shower, though I did not experience the same issue. Also, the property was a bit further removed from downtown Charlottesville than I preferred, but I knew that when I made the booking. So much of the area around the property has been built up that it did not seem isolated.

The hotel was quite new and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and was presented very well. Better coffee would be appreciated, both in the room and in the lobby. The staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

So very minor - the gym light is motion activated and would turn off if you weren't in the activation area for too long, and the gym needed wipes. Literally, that is it!

Best stay in a hotel in a long time! Everything was just as we wanted. Very nice staff (Wanda is amazing!), clean facilities, free breakfast was quite tasty (great coffee and I'm picky!), staff answered all questions and needs, just a very, very satisfying stay! Would definitely recommend! I don't complain often, but I notice issues. The only issues I found were incredibly minor; everything else was great to excellent! Will definitely return! AND it's right next to a Target for any last minute needs!

The location of the motel, it was in a poor location, to many buildings around the property. I spent to much time looking for the motel. Internet said Airport Road while it was two blocks west. A girl in Lowes told me it was next to Target. I could see the big Target sign, but the motel sign was too small.

The hotel location is only a few miles outside of Charlottesville but still very convenient, which keeps the pricing optimal. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and anxious to make our stay perfect. Excellent breakfast offerings for a quick meal before getting out for a day of activity.

The breakfast is a typical free hotel breakfast. All carbs. I am a fresh and organic eater. I like fresh eggs, meat, vegetables, and fruit breakfast. So I ate just the apple at the breakfast buffet.

The facilities was very clean and neat. The staff was excellent. The room was clean. I would stay there again for a business trip.

I didn't realize using Booking cost me extra $$. Call direct and skip the expense. I couldn't use my AAA or pay cash at the Hotel.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was awful. The oatmeal was pre sweetened so it was processed. Powder milk or perhaps skim.
