The toilet paper holder and the towel hook were not in studs and falling off the wall. There were no safes in the room for valuables.

Coffee was extraordinarily bland. Simple upgrades would make a huge difference. Although there was plenty of space in the bathroom for them, there are no hooks to hang towels. And no safes in the rooms! I was shocked to find this in a hotel that’s only two years old. We would have appreciated a notification card in the room so we knew what to expect as far as cleaning service. There was none, so we didn’t know whether sheets and towels would be replaced/refreshed. As it turned out, maid service did place fresh towels in the room, but did not make up the bed. Also, the entrance into the property needs to be clearly defined. It’s an educated guess right now, and the overgrown greenery blocks the entry driveway. It also blocks the driver’s clear view of oncoming traffic when exiting.

Breakfast was as expected. Limited options, but waffle makers worked, so bonus points for that! Bed was very comfy, and the bathroom is a very nice size.

I booked through booking.com . I noted that we had a dog. When I got to the hotel, she told me that booking.com does not pass that information on to them, so i got charged an additional $60. I am unhappy about that. I will no longer use booking.com

The cost for the hotels...not just this one...but all over the area were ridiculously high but you don't have a choice but too pay it if you want to stay close to campus.

Staff was very friendly and provided snacks for guest for graduation festivities. The decorations in the lobby were amazing and made it feel like they were celebrating with us and made it like a celebration every day!

I booked my stay on booking and was going to pay at the property . I needed to cut short my stay by one day and I didn’t think it was a big deal but it was. I had to call booking to reset my reservation and was told I was going to be charged the original purchase and get a refund when I check out. I just recieved an email from my credit card and the refund has sent but it’s the wrong amount it wasn’t what I was told and it was too low

The only downside of this hotel is that the walls are a little thin.

Breakfast was adequate and I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. We had problems with the Wifi signal dropping internet, but it was taken care of relatively quickly. The evening desk worker was fantastic. Coffee/Tea is available 24/7 in the lobby and there is even fresh popcorn in the lobby in the evening.

Location is close to the airport, and commute is going to be easier. Though it is near to the airport, I did not hear any disturbing noise from the airport like because the airport is small and not a busy airport. And the building has plenty of free parking spaces.

There were charges made on our credit card from the hotel that were not legitimate. To enter the property you have to pass it, go through the turn about and go back down the road. No signage so be on the lookout for the entry road on the right.

The location is nice. It's out of the busy area. But not too far of a drive from visiting downtown, Monticello and other interesting sites

The only issue was the juice machine. They only had cranberry juice that morning, no OJ or apple. And one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was out tho there still was enough lighting without that one wall sconce.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very fresh and had a great variety of breakfast items to choose from.

The only thing we didn’t like was the curtains were see through so It felt like people could look into the room and watch you. So privacy was a big issue and yes you could see out and kind see in through out the day just not all the way and night time you could pretty much see into the rooms.

It was clean and pretty nice and comfortable atmosphere. Staff were outstanding small little exercise room laundry facility was clean. They do serve breakfast but we did not go.
