Our room literally looked like the scene of a previous brawl, or worse. The metal-arm door lock was broken in two (how much force is needed to do that!?); a window screen was pulled out along 2 edges of the window; the AC/heater was scuffed up and looked like it had been knocked out of place (then set back in place with no repair to the wall around it); the bottom of a wooden picture frame was broken; numerous small holes in the walls had been noticeably patched with small pieces of wallpaper; walls showed stains of splatters; carpeting had small dark stains in the same area; all hard surfaces such as tables and mirror were greasy and smeared (what did they use for a "cleaner"?); the smoke detector was missing (though the holder was still screwed to the wall), which might explain how this "nonsmoking" room smelled strongly of smoke and had burn holes in the bedspread; ...and the list goes on. We didn't feel safe or clean in this room. We took photos, told the front desk we were leaving and why, requested a refund, and left. The man at the front desk was courteous and assured me I would not be charged (so far, I have not), but he also showed no sign of surprise. Maybe he's just easygoing, but I would have been concerned to hear a customer report such things; makes me think this was not an isolated incident.

Location is convenient to the airport and an area hub of shopping centers with large box stores such as IKEA, Costco, Home Depot, and many more.

Run down and rude front desk (2 men),drunks outside the rooms in parking lot ,stuff in room busted up ,mirror cracked in bathroom, rotting curtains in bathroom window, …will not stay again

Room was abysmal. Ceiling water stained, toilet leaked all over bathroom floor, mold all over bathtub, dead bugs all over room along with dust, nicotine stains running down walls and doors. Put in a smoking room and ordered non smoking. Told no other options. Would not bathe there, would not go without shoes in room, would not eat there if room was this bad I did not trust their cleanliness for food prep. I took pics it was so bad. Owner nowhere to be found in am and worker was indifferent.

A little worn. The bed wasn't the most comfy. Definitely felt springs digging into me. It was clean. Towel rack in bathroom was broken and just hanging there.

No hot water. Very loud (noise from highway). Wallpaper peeling, shower head not working properly, washroom fixtures are loose. Mismatched lightbulbs (some were ultra bright white, others were very yellow)

Room was dirty. No hot breakfast Sunday. Clerk was grumpy in letting us know someone called off from work. The whole place needs remodeled.

The best part was the desk clerk that worked Friday overnight to Saturday. He gave us advice on how to get around town, especially maneuvering to and from the game.

Upon arrival i asked for handicap parking they only have 2 spaces and they were full. I was told i could park in the back because "its not that far of a walk". Ask for a non smoking room ended up in a smoking room. Ask for room change they would not accommodate. I'm handicap they put in the second floor room in the furthest corner of the hotel only stairs available. What they call breakfast is free but your choices are very minimal and you are not allowed to take food out. My room key kept deactivating and I had to keep walking back to the office for a key exchange of 15 times. Many things were broken in the room like the toilet seat and the shower rod. My stay was 4 days and it was the worst hotel experience in life that I have ever had. If you plan on going to the dive bar next door this hotel is a good place to sleep it off. But to stay more than one night with your family than this is not the place for you.

Rooms are old, bathroom was dirty looking, needs updated. 4 young men were sitting in their car drinking outside our room. They were staying there, but made me feel insecure. One lobby bathroom had no soap. The owner showed no response when the woman at the front desk answered me. It appeared she didn’t know where to get more soap & this was early am.

Breakfast was reasonable. Beds were very good.

My room nor my family's room was ready until 35 min. after check in. We arrived at different times on same day. Appears to be a staffing issue. I couldn't get water to run in shower. Nob was stuck. Family member pulled it out for me.

Room cleaned upon arrival. Comfortable beds, tv, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, tissues. Shower nob stuck. Needed help to loosen it until water came out. Generous breakfast included. Interior rooms vs outdoor rooms. My family stayed in an interior room. Mine opened to the parking lot.

it was very old and very dirty. there was black mold through out the bathroom. the walkway in front of our room was litter with beer bottles from the adjoining room. just not a well kept property
