The lack of communication about the room and deposit. No one told me that it takes damn near a week before your deposit comes back which is Dumb as Hell and misleading

When we checked into our room I immediately checked the bed and bathroom the spatub was nasty had hair clogged in the jets, it was a bottle of hand soap left behind so housekeeping aren't cleaning thoroughly nor are they throwing away items left behind from previous guests, and the room had a wet basement smell it definitely needs upgrading, and I really don't see why there's a extra $100 security deposit, you can't do anymore damage to something that's already messed up!!!!!

Front desk staff Crystal was very nice and professional she put us in a different room because the first one we checked into was disgusting

No lighting in our main room, except for a light between the bed. The area by the table and chairs was too dark, no light. No card playing. We had No shower curtain in our bathroom. The front doors double glass and the glass at the main floor counter was filthy!! The place needs some cleaning and refreshing up. We didn’t even go down for breakfast, even though we had planned that in our $, we ate elsewhere.

Available room with two queen beds. Receptionists we’re very nice.

They allowed me to check in without informing me that the boiler was out and my room didn't have hot water. After letting the water run aboutn15 minutes it got Luke warm. When I went to the desk, she said they knew there was an issue. Had I been told before I paid, I would've gone to another hotel.

The room was nice it was only a few miles from the venue.

I was charged for Kind room with spa tub. But was given regular King room. The clerk was nice about it once I showed her my reservation. She did give me the correct room. But it was even worth it. I couldn't even enjoy the spa tub the water temp was so low the water wouldn't even get hot enough to enjoy. So I didn't even use it. That morning the clerk adjusted my account was supposed to refund me back 20. but charged my card 20 then another 40. But only gave me back 20. So I need to go back speak to a manager because my card still has not been adjusted correctly.

The room was huge and comfortable. Bed was great

water was only luke warm at best. reservation was for a spa tub and sofa bed room, went through the system as a standard room. got the spa tub, no sofa bed. requested a rollaway, but was told IT (as in they only had one) was in use. asked for an extra blanket was told they would have to look to see if they had any. never received. phone in room didn’t work. the lamp didn’t even have a light bulb in it!

Breakfast served in a bowl since no proper plates, lack of bagels and cream cheese, sausages were dry. Had to wait half hour until my room was completed since it needed to be vacuumed, leftover soap scum in the shower.

The bathroom toilet was not flushing correctly I had to keep a bucket of water for the toilet paper to go down.. the tub was peeling and not that clean they were short staff so the housekeeper was hurrying to get rooms clean for the customers yet some thing's were forgotten ..felt bad for her she needed help... At the front desk a gentleman vacuuming stopped so I could sign in but left the vacuum next to me and the rug was messed up I could have fallen but I bent down and fixed it myself paint peeling from the ceiling into the bed the microwave almost fell because it is not properly stationed it slips and slides off the mini fridge for a hotel that I have stayed at 2 times and each time booked up some money should be put in some of the rooms ..paint tubs are not great at all they all look dirty because they are not being properly clean I bring my own cleaning product and it cleans better when scrubbed I suggest in hiring myself as a traveling associate to correct these things and get hotels in order been in the cleaning business for 30 years
