The Breakfast was pitiful!! No forks , No breakfast foods at all! Truck didn’t deliver until that evening! I mean this was at the time of a huge Spring Festival in Mobile, AL.

Housekeeping was very rude, whenever we would ask for extra things including towels and washcloths. You do not get comforters with the room, you only get the sheets.

The air didn’t work, the room didn’t have enough towels only one towel for two guests,had to ask for a blanket. No breakfast in the mornings , had to wait on staff for about 30 minutes to bring out food that should’ve been there before breakfast actually started . May just be newly staffed with people that aren’t knowledgeable on how to run a hotel .

The card reading machine and telephones were out of service so we had no room keys and had to wait for someone to let us in the back and then into our room. I understand this is no fault of the staff, they cannot control computers. The night staff did everything they could to help us. When we checked out the next morning, however, there was no one at the front desk, just a note that read: “Be back at 7:00” so I returned at 7:00 and waited 10 minutes, went back to my car, then back in at 7:20. Still no staff. The only available person was the breakfast attendant and she did the best she could to help me. I understand workers are hard to find and I understand times are very different than they were just a couple of years ago. I’m sad to see work ethic and pride in a career are suffering.

The property needs to be cleaned. The carpets are very dirty and will probably have to be replaced. The room wasnt nearly as bad but the whole place could use a facelift.

Breakfast was ok. It was pretty much what you expect. No complaints. Location was actually ok for us because it was quick access to our final destination of Dauphin Island

The air conditioner in the lobby area was broken, the card machine wasn't work correctly and I had to swipe my card several times. The cell phone charging port in my room didn't work and the bed wasn't comfortable. I had to kick a water bug out my door the first day checking into the hotel and the individual working the breakfast area the next morning was rude. I was asked several times when walking out the lobby to go and get gas "You checking out". No, not now, don't I have until 11:00 am. " You must be staying another night". They were so pushy and wanted me to hurry up and leave. I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn this terrible and Comfort Inns are the only hotels I use.

The refrigerator ran but did not cool. The AC would cool to 74 degrees but no cooler. The extra security bolt on the door did not work. I could not take a shower or bath during my stay. There was a pipe coming out into the tub with no way to turn the shower on. There was no stopper to allow you to take a bath. The AC was not working in the front lobby while I was there. I told the front desk that I needed another room shortly after arriving on Tuesday. I waited for 2 hours and went back and told him that I would just stay where I was but would like lived on Wednesday. When I returned from work my key didn’t even work as it had only been fixed for one night. No mention was made to move me so I just gave up and suffered through.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

I didn’t like the fact that the floors squeaked from the rooms above or that you could hear every movement going on. Also the ice machine did not work an the vending machine on the 2nd floor gave me a hot drink.

There are a lot of things I did not like about the property. One thing I didn’t like is that we had to switch rooms three times because one had bugs the second one they sink didn’t work properly neither did the Television. The third room was okay but we didn’t receive any type of housekeeping during our stay at all.

The only thing I liked about the property was the one nice employee.

i booked a room with a jacuzzi it did not work the covers and towels was dirty the key cards didn’t work I had to get let in my room every time the ac made a loud noise couldn’t get moved to another room because the next room the tried jacuzzi didn’t work

New furnishing, cleanliness, and some maintenance would improve the appearance of the place.

What Breakfast? No OJ, No water, No cranberry juice. Only cafe. The floors are dirty and you can get high just by walking down the hall. The very strong odor of marijuana is not acceptable.

It was filthy. The pool in the back has green stagnant water in it. The blanket on the bed was bleach stained. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold all over it. Another room had a busted out window.

Hotel seemed falling apart the hallways was disgusting the complimentary breakfast had no juice or food stale bagels and stale coffee dont even bother putting it as an option also had no clean towels in room had to go get them made me wonder did they forget or just didnt clean the room properly

Staff was great the room was ok clean was in a good location right off interstate
