Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Breakfast was what we expected and the staff was very attentive making sure everything was kept well stocked and clean. Nothing was ever "out" and tables were wiped off as soon as someone left.

United StatesI'm autoimmune and I thought there was very little for me to choose from for breakfast. I had two bananas and a cup of hot tea with honey. Some hard boiled eggs would have been great for a protein choice. Can't have anything processed and must have no preservatives/oils. Possibly check out the Autoimmune Protocol diet.
My husband thought the breakfast was really good for a hotel. Water pressure was great! We really appreciated the quiet after a long day of traveling. The bed was really comfortable.

United StatesThe bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were a lot of hair strands on the floor and tub. However the main room was very clean. Also, the toilet did not flush well. Housekeeping was not very nice. Unfortunately, she was very rude due to miscommunication from the front desk to myself over check out time. She was not happy she was not informed. I was told I had a 12:00 check out. When she was knocking at my door at 10:30, asking me not to kindly if i was checking out. And I told her I was told by the front desk the night before check out was at 12. She then looked at me and said "well that would have been nice if someone had told us that." As she stood there. I said I'm She said "yeah well it would have been nice to have known. " And she turned and walked away. Was not very nice. I felt really bad. I apologize to her , and when I did check out. I did apologize to the front desk. That I upset the housekeeping. The front desk, of course, said wasn't my fault. They apologize for housekeeping on her behavior. Front desk both at check-in. (I checked in late, so it was night staff.) And at check out. Was very friendly & helpful.
Over all clean & front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk, housekeeping and especially at breakfast each day (last morning we overslept and a very kind woman who was cleaning up, allowed us to still eat!!!) Needed a place to stay near family for an event and this was only 10 minutes away from two gathering locations, so that made getting back and forth very easy.
