The AC in one part of our room wouldn't put out any cool air, and for the price, the room was a little run down and not well kept. The couch cushions were all stained, the carpet was worn and dirty looking, and there was Luke warm water, but nowhere near hot.

The lady at the desk was very helpful and went out of her way to help us. It is ok for staying one, maybe 2 nights, but I would definitely look elsewhere for 2+ nights.

Dated, could do with sprucing up The room we were allocated hadn't been cleaned or the bed made and the relevant staff had gone home. The person on duty moved us to another room and arranged for us to move after the first night to the room we wanted (sea view) which happened the next morning so the staff responsible for this aspect did a good job.

Carpet outside in the hallway is not that clean. Room furniture maybe need some update. Nothing serious and we expect this.

We stay here for one night before heading to the cruise ship next day. We had the two rooms which is suitable for 4 adults. Location is perfect about 10 to 15 minutes to the cruise terminal. The beach access is right behind the hotel and within few minutes walk.

Desk clerk was more interested in her lunch than checking us in and was very rude when I asked questions about the airport.

Liked having the two rooms. Rooms were clean but could use some updating. Lights didn’t work in one room, but manager came and fixed it immediately.

The lights and outlets didn't work when we got to the room. I talked to the front desk lady and she went with me then had to find the right breaker box for our room. I was pleased with her fast attention to fix the issue.

I liked the roomyness of the suite, it was quiet in the room and the bed was comfortable.

The suite was very large and comfortable, living room with kitchenette, spacious bedroom and bathroom with nice hot shower. We were on top floor had a lovely view. Close to the beach. Great air con. Easy checkin/out. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money

The sink drain was broken so I had to pull the stopper up to get it to drain. The light/fan in the bathroom was hanging down out of the ceiling. The pull out mattress and sheets in the couch looked dirty.

It was close to the beach and cruise port and easy to find.

We were aware that there was no pool, or onsite breakfast when we booked, but still missed those.

Room was very spacious, very clean, a little dated. Bed very clean & comfortable. Location pretty central to Cocoa Beach area, near Ron Jon's, and some restaurants. Waffle House next door. 5 minute walk to beach.
