Parking lot in basement was extremely inconvenient. Previous night one owner had parked his car blocking my way and next morning when we were rushing to temple we couldn't take car out for almost half hour. Staffs and security were lethargic and careless, security trying to explain repeatedly it was not his mistake and finally when we started forcing them, our person went with the staff to wake up the other owner to remove his car. Previous night I had informed check out at 6.00 am to the receptionist. But still Noone bothered to be at reception for billing and the staff in reception couldnt explain why the person is not avaliable. Finally due to the confusion and delay created in parking they cleared billing. Overall the experience during checkout was extremely poor and staff attitude, parking facilities needs great improvement. Definitely not worth the money. Also the sanitary fittings in bathroom requires overhaul. I won't come here to stay again and won't recommend to anyone. Another disadvantage they dont provide coffee/tea to guests until 7.30 am which is too late for a place like madurai where guests plan temple visits and early departures for adjacent pilgrimages.

I booked suit, when i entered in room, it was very bad odour because the room was not used for last few days so it is not cleaned also. The staff, doesn't understand English and Hindi, when I Informed them to bring the air freshener, they don't even understand. And brought also Telephone was not working, when i informed him he said will replace but not replaced till i checked out and because of non telephone service not able to ask then for tea etc. Myself convinced them and told, i am going in temple, by the time coming back, clean the room. They cleaned but smell was there because not applied fragrance. Hot water was not there when informed them, they said, let 2-3 bucket go and then hot water will come. I was thrown 5-8 bucket but no hot water. I wanted to spend night only because next day my flight but the overall room cleaning was very bad.

Cleanliness is what needs to improve a lot. The areas behind the restaurant looked like some public toilet which was not cleaned for quite some time. Cut vegetables were also kept over there on the steps. I assume that is the kitchen area

The restaurant's staff failed to meet professional standards, with pots and supply vessels improperly cleaned. Additionally, steel jugs and cups used for serving tea and coffee were dirty, and the food was overpriced.

Rooms without windows has mosquito issue, even with the insect repellant. Bathroom needs good scrubbing.

Room was dark a bit. After extra mattress hardly there was any space. Bed fancy Head wasn't clean.

No good vegetarian restaurant nearby. The hotel however housed a restaurant serving veg and non vegetarian food.

Rooms were reasonably clean. Hot water was not available although the staff confirmed service by 4.00 am. Parking was on the main street only. The hotel is on a main bazaar street hence the traffic was more. Location wise it is good and closer to the Meenakshi temple and the main market.

The entrance is too steep. Experienced drivers would face difficulty. From car parking to room it’s extremely steep and it’s a slope there are no steps. Senior citizens and people with leg pain or similar issues will suffer surely. Room was smelly each time we went out and came, seems sewage drainage issue. Chairs had spider webs, balcony grills had spider webs, seems not cleaned for long.

the room service starts late say around 7 am.It should start at least at 6.30 am for catering to business travellers Restaurant service is good but they should start a bit early in the morning.
