They sent me to a dirty occupied room the first time I checked in. The keys were very faulty too. I needed to get new keys 3 times in the two nights I was there.

The waterslide was definitely the highlight! The central location was great. The large common area was nice to meet up for breakfast. The attached restaurant with room service was amazing.

I get really disappointed with pet charges at hotels. That never used to happen. The airlines won’t take any dogs in the cargo area anymore, so I have no choice but to travel by car now all the way to Cabo Mexico from Minnesota and back again in the spring with my 2 extremely well behaved small dogs. I get charged for each of them every night. These hefty charges adds up fast night after night. Please consider taking the extra charge as a deposit and refunding it within a few days after checkout if there was no extra cleaning needed or damage in the room. We’re there only a few hours and I ALWAYS leave housekeeping a nice tip for the 3 pieces of dog hair that MIGHT get left behind😉. Thank you!

I had the best hamburger of my life from the restaurant there- I’m not kidding! I really liked this hotel and will stay there again. Everything was just perfect.

There wasnt anything I can think of that I didnt like. Although there were 2 birthday parties in the breakfast area and it got really loud for visiting in the lounge area.

While this feels silly to complain about, continental breakfast is a reason we choose to stay here. In order to eat breakfast, you must get there an hour before it closes. Primary items were not refreshed after that and many guests were disappointed. This may have been an isolated incident, but it was a bummer.

This hotel was so nicely modern and clean. Location was great and staff was super friendly. We have stayed in other suite hotels with our family, and this one was the largest suite we've experienced without spending a fortune. The rooms would be great to accommodate a family with kids. Also a great, comfortable stay for business or leisure.

It was very cozy and the breakfast was fantastic. They had coloring sheets out for the kids. My only minor complaint is that the pool was quite chilly. But it was a very nice pool area. Price was high, but decently worth it

The front desk personnel process the payment on a card. I told her not to on Saturday, I gave her a different card to be processed done, and that initial payment is still pending on my account. Not happy. Please expedite the refund of this transaction immediately.
