The room was very dusty and the tub had pink mold. Nothing a quick trip to the dollar tree for cleaning supplies didn’t fix.

Loved the friendly staff, loved the indoor pool, and loved all the breakfast options.

It was very noisy, hard to sleep. Walls were thin so we could hear every noise. Kids were running up and down the halls. Doors kept slamming. Cars were playing loud music for hours.

Definitely need some outdoor seating. The fire pit didn’t work and there was no seats outside. The weather was nice and would have loved to be able to sit outside by the fire or anywhere outside.

The bathroom toliet had to be repaired for being noisy. Noisys from the other rooms I guess the showers and toliet the bed had loud noisys when you move . The foid was okay but wasn't a big variety. The hot tub was unusable

The fact that I booked a non smoking room and my room apparently was on the first floor beside a smoker or on the smokers floor 1st, we smelled not only smoke, but marijuana the entire time, strongly especially late at night, which affects my health and my anxiety and I had just been released unpin arriving to the hotel that Saturday morning from the hospital from health issues is why I requested an early check in from the traveling on the road, so I just didn’t have the energy to try to change rooms because they barely had that room. No iron was in the room, had to go to front desk to wait on someone to bring an iron to the room, and final straw is Sunday morning when we asked for the 1st time for more new towels and rags, housekeeping who was in the hallway told us we would have to wait until 11am, why that’s when we check out so in other words that meant no or we would have to go to the front desk to get some, like we’re kids, no mama, I paid for service in this room and that’s what I expected not to be told to keep running to the front desk because they didn’t want to do there job or monitoring inventory, never ever again. I felt like I was in a motel instead of a hotel. That ruined my whole weekend.

I didn’t like that we continuously had to have our room keys rekeyed every day, some times more than once. Also, we had many problems with our shower head not working properly.

I like the convenience of the location, the staff is very hospitable.

Great location. Restaurants within distance. The hotel itself is going through some renovations and while some areas were not completely finished, the staff made every effort to keep us comfortable and welcomed. Keeping in mind that the current renovations will be over soon, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bath had previous users soap tray and the bath counter was water stained quite a bit. The hairs in the bed, the past users food in the fridge, the ac doesnt work and the folks in the room next door, woke up at 6 and started cooking some ungodly smelling crap. I was going to spend another day. Sorry - this was not a good adventure. I went elsewher.

The beds were terrible on a metal cot that needed some WD40. Every move you made a horrible Squeaking sound that woke up the whole room.
