Everything was ok..only staff need to be replaced... We had two days stay ..I requested the the front desk lady in the morning to provide us towel and coffee makers...But there was nothing (shampoo,soap,towel and coffee make) When we reach at night...

The first room was filled with ants all over the dressers and the bed so we asked to change rooms. The second room was ant-less. In both rooms, the TVs weren't working, the air conditioners were visibly broken or one worked but made loud noises that interrupted your sleep, and overall nothing looked clean. The sinks, tubs, and toilets all had hair, dirt, and other markings on them.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the price was great, and the location was great for what we needed.

While clean, the room was not in good repair. Light was visible all around the door and it would not stay closed reliably unless the deadbolt was turned. I could hear every sound from the hallway and the bathroom fixtures were poorly installed.

The location is convenient to airport parking, and the airport shuttle and breakfast would be helpful for many.

What I didn’t like about the property was that it did have roaches if we could get that in order and invest in a pool as well that be GREAT! For the price it needs to be roach free and a pool.

What I liked about the property was it was 7 mins aquas from Bwi airport and it offered shuttle transportation to and from the airport which was pretty good. And it was also a restaurant right next door which was decent as well was pretty close to a few stores and restaurants which were pretty nice.

The carpet was my major concern, the pillows were not comfortable, they all need to be looked into. I couldn't sleep in the night, AC was so loud, and smells come out of it.

I think the whole carpet in the hotel needs to be replaced, they stinks. The room is not bad, except for the odors, the breakfast is not great either, be prepare to pay if you want good meal, which cost $10 per person.

since they are renovating things were not open which they did not mention before hand. I will say this been there years ago huge change HUGE how ever despite it indeed having an OVER HAUL of an UPGRADE found roaches in the bathroom not cool YUP you read correctly so they need to nip that in the bud

They gave same room to another family who barged in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. This was extremely reckless on their part. We saw on booking.com that we will get hot breakfast but we got grab and go which was disappointing. We asked for tp never got one.

The shower had no fixtures, no shower head and the bathtub had no stopper. Kinda strange uh? The man who drove the van at 10:00 was on time anf got me there safely. He was nice.

The man who checked me in Ghandi was fantastic. The room I was assigned to had a fire alarm that needed a battery. It was making a chirping noise. The housing person wasn't around so Ghandi immediately apologized and gave me a different room.
