We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe gentleman at the front desk was not friendly at all. There were men hanging outside all night. I am a female traveling alone and I felt unsafe. I would suggest a security guard and they were noisy all night. There were cigarette holes all in the comforter

United StatesI just think the property was not up to standard.. the ice machine didn’t work nor did the vending machines. We paid 45 dollars up front in cash for our dogs but we decided to leave them at my fathers house. although the staff was informed of this. They didn’t offer to refund the pet deposit. our room wasn’t cleaned and we were only allowed to have 2 towels and the towel for the floor when you got out of the shower.
