Awful experience. We had a wedding to attend and we didn’t make it on time because we wasted about 30 minutes to be able to open the room. The keys didn’t worked at all and we were never able to enter. We had to ask someone from the front desk to come with a black box to open the door lock , such a waste of time.

We had been following up on our refund because BOoking.com already charged us the stay but Chino Motel still charged our staff upon arrival. Been requesting a refund for a good 2 months and no resolution had been made.

I really didn't like that the fact that the place was undergoing a major restoration and that fact was never disclosed on Booking.com or even the hotels website, yet I paid full price for a not fully functional hotel. No pool availability. Dirty, dusty conditions everywhere. No credible breakfast and certainly no where to sit in and around the lobby to partake in the ultra pathetic and meager offerings, ie; a few puny red apples, some very off brand yogurt cups, and some of the smallest and cheapest cellophane wrapped pastries. The kind one would expect at an elementary school. No juices, no water, I didn't even see a coffee station. Ill clearly be contacting Booking.com and the property's parent company for a refund for non-disclosure of the above stated facts. Booking.com should pull them from the account until the work is completed, which a near as I can tell is still over a year away. Yes, I am in the construction trades...

The front desk was very professional, pleasant and nice despite the mostly deplorable conditions that she has been enduring for quite some time. The hotel should have closed down for the renovations. They were scheduled to be completed in a bit over a year and due to the firing of a couple of construction companies, this property is a total shambles.

The room was beautiful and so comfortable... I really loved the lighting, furniture and huge TV. It was the best room I have ever stayed in!! I really enjoyed my complimentary breakfast! I cannot wait to stay there again when the hot tub, exercise room and swimming pool are open in September!

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and very modern, the bathroom was very pretty. I was put off at first by the reviews I read from others but when I got there the room was very nice, they had some breakfast options which was nice anytime we needed anything we asked the staff and they helped us right away. Really nothing like the reviews had warned other than that they were renovating but it didn't really affect our stay at all. I stayed here for almost a week with my little ones for my masters graduation and would definitely stay here again. (:

Renovation going on so pool and spa was closed. Also, there was no tv service. Only had 2 bath towels in the room. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. They didn’t have any hand towels.

Very dirty!!! The room we stood in smells like a sewer. I complained to management and they said they would move us rooms and they never did. I then complained to someone else that was at the desk and she happens to admit there was a clogged toilet previously and the carpet was soiled. It honestly was very uncomfortable. My little one got sick we ended up in Urgent Care. DO NOT WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AT THE HOTEL!!!! Save your money.
