The breakfast. No variety, served in awful plastic plates and the quantity was limited. Worst breakfast I have ever seen in a 4 star hotel. Almost offensive.

The breakfast options could be more varied, namely the drinks. Only coffee or tea was offered, but it would be nice to also have milk and orange juice available.

The location is excellent and the staff are extra attentive. I was pregnant and they always ensured all my needs were met. The extras included, such as the water bottles and the beach towels were great touches. Strongly recommend!

The elevator was very small. Sometimes the elevator was not working. Good thing we were only on the second floor. The water in the shower was not getting hot. It wasn't until the next day it started to heat up.

The location was perfect. It is located near several restaurants and bars. Being so close to the beach was a plus!

The elevator was old and not very functional but its one floor for our room so its okay , the breakfast quality wasn’t the same everyday one day is really good and the other day is not like the day before , the Ac is realllyy high at the lobby and everywhere

I loved the hotel the old and luxury vibes it gives , the location was amaaazing close to everything the beach and the restaurants, the bed was realllly comfortable, room service was good and fast , the wifi was good and fast , the staff friendly and professional and the helped me and gave me vinger when we asked because i got stung by a jellyfish

Excellent location in the best part of Ocean Drive (no cars traffic). Very good breakfast and qualified staff. Only quite loud AC unit outside, so overall is 9 instead of 10.

Only downfall was that there was no view from the room, and the lift to the 2nd floor is very old school, but that could be the look its going for.

Hotel is Ocean Drive, so you can walk across the road to the beach, thats how convenient it is. Breakfast was included and that was really nice.

elevator is too old and slow bed is not a couple size, it’s smaller every doors are so noisy and loud the street (ocean drive st) is closed in front of the hotel, so it makes very difficult to get there with luggages

Room was pretty outdated, would be nice to add an actual door to the bathroom shower so you don’t end up splashing water on the floors when showering and then having a falling accident.

Location was excellent, first row to the beach enterance. Hotel staff and receptionist were very helpful and answered all of our questions.

The room was very small and nowhere to put suitcases and open them Hardly any floor space. A smaller bed in this room would be better

A few things we noticed that are worth mentioning.. no coffee machine or ability to make coffee in the room. Only one hook to hang towels on in the bathroom. Only a tiny space for our own toiletries in the bathroom No way to turn the air conditioning completely off. Adults offered tea or coffee with breakfast but NO drink offered to kids apart from milk. This was particularly odd.

The hotel is older but you stay for that reason and whilst it doesn’t have all the facilities of newer hotels it makes up for it with charm.
