I booked for an ocean front room, but i felt like it was more an “ocean view” since I was on the 3rd floor. If I knew that ocean front meant 3rd floor, I would have packed lighter instead of having to have to carry my luggages up the stairs since there aren’t any elevators. Breakfast was basic grabNgo cold food. Good if you’re always on the go, but wished they had other hot/warm options too. Also, didn’t have a laundry room, but found one near by.

I like the location. It’s midway to the north shore and the harbor for napali coast. It’s close to a lot of places you might need. The bed was comfortable and big. The room had plenty of drawers for my things. I like the bike rental is accessible.

Optimal location to travel the island north and south. The Iso offers for free bycicle and water bottles to refull. It‘s worth going to bycicle path along the sea - beautiful. Grab&Go breakfast snacks available and included - good idea as many people leave for day trips / hikes. The downside: only available as of 7am without flexibility to get some earlier. Nice pool area with beautiful view.

People who vacation come with the intention of spending money. Although the grab and go breakfast is better than nothing, the hotel is missing out on offering a hot breakfast for guests. Even for a fee, guests will pay for hot breakfast at the hotel they’re staying at, and hot coffee in the breakfast room. Also, being able to purchase a cocktail at the restaurant to enjoy the view should be offered, instead of going to the property next door.

The location of the property was stellar, situated in a good location to access the north and south of the island, about 15 minutes from the airport. Our room was the room from the photo (125) and was as pictured. Steps from the water, and just to the south is an area to access the beach, although when the tide comes in, it’s virtually impossible to walk on. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby and overall a great value hotel with stunning views of the ocean and catching the sunrise in the morning.

Our room key didn’t work (battery on the door went flat) had to go back twice - felt like a burden to the staff member. They should have sent a staff member the first time we went.

Breath taking views, the property is a dream. Green grass, hearing the waves crash at night is heavenly. Close to a save way and bus stop. Bull shed on site, beautiful venue. Lots of cute chickens

The breakfast is grab and go - but no coffee. There is small coffee maker in the room and you can walk for other nearby places to grab a cup. Only other thing is my TV was not really set up, so I had to mess with it a bit. They have cable and smart TVs but not set up correctly. Guide button didn’t have channel listings so you had to scroll channel by channel to find news or sports, and no way to access/stream Netflix, Amazon etc bc TV linked only through cable service. Third thing was a loud mechanical mystery noise happening daily but periodically coming through the wall near bathroom and bed — prob a water pump or air con, maybe neighbor room shower…?!! Quite annoying but only every now and then. Beds are small but comfy, and no desk/table for writing or typing but two chairs?

Pool is wonderful! I booked ISO for that so was very happy. Also free bikes and great bike paths up to Kapa’a and to beaches in Wailea. The rooms are clean, with AC and fan, and have small fridge. Plenty of towels. Lovely view of ocean from second floor balcony. Staff was amazing so nice and responsive. The outside grounds are lovely and well kept. With a lovely outside shower. View of the ocean is a treat even though no beach access.

Everything was fine

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom sink area a little small. Near the pool which was great. The breakfast items were very good, only thing missing was coffee.

- you need to ask 24h in advance to have your room cleaned. We didn’t have the information during check-in - we would have enjoyed a drink in front of the ocean but you need to dine at the restaurant

Ideal location on the beach. Many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The town of Kapaa offers also many options at a 5 mins drive. Located on the east coast, it’s a very good base to explore the island (north shore is 30 mins drive, the canyon is at an hour drive). The pool and the yoga classes are very nice !

There is no food service at the hotel other than a restaurant that opens for dinner. However, there is a safeway and other food places nearby.

Hotel was quiet, which was very lovely for us. Free yoga and bikes on site was a nice touch. Breakfast to go is very basic but helpful.

what we did not like was you could not sit out on the terrace and watch the sunset and the ocean and have a cocktail and relax. I could go to another hotel next door and do just that. also no facility in room to boil water and not on the property.

The pool was a little cold...but I'm really not complaining about this hotel. It's amazing for the price.

I loved the location...middle of the island. We could get anywhere within an hour and a half. We could walk outside and be on the beach. The sunrise yoga was fun. The hotel restaurant was really good too.

Motel style, but upgraded.

Great option and location on Kauai. Clean, good AC and nice view. Water was included and even a small beach and (gas) fire place in the garden of the hotel. Great spot to travel the island. Even free Yoga.
