No windows or city views on the level I stayed. Expected city views when booked this hotel based on the reviews about “ great views”. However- the view was in reference to a very cozy Roof Top. This is a very small 40 rooms tiny hotel. Very well kept but half stores have no windows-views. Maybe it’s a benefit to travelers who want quiet stay- then it is perfect. Room is tiny. Marcos filled out the fridge with snacks and drinks. No microwave in a room though. Room had a nice patio surrounded by the four tall walls of the neighboring buildings. Perhaps great relaxation area for a Summer stay.

No coffee machine in room. No half and half for coffee in lobby, all they had was coffee mate which is artificial. Cost was high for amenities and space.

We didn't like leaving that's for sure or the fact the we forgot to go to the terrace in the 7th floor. The only thing that I can think of to "complain" would be that the light switches were in the entrance of the room so to shut the beds lights off you had to walk 5m to switch them both and couldn't leave just one on to read.

Staff was amazing and super friendly, they gave us a list of different places to go near the hotel for groceries, coffee, pharmacies, and different types of food with the time schedules. They speak spanish and portuguese. Room was located in the 6th floor not one sound from outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was spot on and the pressure from the shower also. Mini bar got replenished each day (2 waters, 2 sodas, 3-4 snacks) and it was included in the price. Breakfast although not included they have hot water with different types of teas, cocoa and hot and freshly made coffee. Tv has only 1 channel but you can cast different apps so we didn't have much trouble when we wanted to check some show. Hotel is located 4 stops away from Times Sq, the E train passes just a couple of blocks away from the hotel. In 15 min you can be in WTC or 25 min to the other side and you'll be in Queens. Staff also helped us the last day with holding our bags and coordinating a cab to JFK which ended up being a limousine 😎. We'll definitely come back!!!

You can hear clearly room beside yours close and open. Sometimes it sounds like someone is trying to open your door. The space is pretty limited.

It's really clean. And it's really great to have hot water, tea and coffee at the lobby 24hrs.

I didn’t like going to lobby for morning coffee. I want it in the room b4 I get dressed. I literally went to Lobby in pajamas with long sweater to ”hide” them, no hair do and make up. I DO NOT LIKE APPEARING IN PUBLIC THAT WAY!!

There was nothing I found to be negative about the property or room. Some may want or need a restaurant on premises, but the area surrounding the hotel has many food options. It mattered not to me, but the property would not be compelling for children.

Property was clean, safe, functional in a good way. Staff was kind and helpful. In-room snacks were a welcome treat. Safe, vibrant neighborhood in which to walk or take public transportation. Outdoor elevated seating area was cozy, offering limited seating which kept it a place of relaxation rather than a place to party—a positive for me.

Few times I have been distructed by the sound of neighboring room. It was loud and it seemed like someone was entering my room.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance from Central Park, Rockefeller Center, main shopping area, the Metropolian Museum of Arts, Guggenheim Museum and many other points of interest are located nearby. The hotel itself is nice. Special complements to Mara. Mara works at the reception. Every time when I contacted her for directions or recommendations I received really comprehensive and accurate information. Mara, you made my stay at the hotel very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Web site does not identify our Terrace bedroom actually in the cellar part of building - our view was four verticle walls. Room small but comfortable. Web site photos make room seem larger than actual size. No microwave or coffee maker in room - coffee/tea always available in lobby, as well as hot chocolate.

Staff and upkeep of property. Good location for seeing midtown sights, easy access for metro transportation.

The location is perfect if you are going to the UN or around. The room is small but comfortable for two nights. Everything was clean. They offer coffee and tea as a compliment, wich is very nice!

I don't normally stay in midtown, but needed to do so this time. Blue Angel is a great option. My room had the outside sitting area as well, which was a nice respite from the busyness outside.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. My room was spotless and quiet. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. I appreciated the daily complimentary snacks in my room and the coffee facilities in the lobby.

The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a photoshoot the next day and the amount of gear I had with me (on a dolly) wouldn't fit into the elevator. The staff VERY kindly offered to allow me to store it in the managers room until the morning...I don't know what I would've done so this was very helpful!!!

Very good location, very clean and also cleaning everyday, snacks included and they refill everyday. Good WiFi Terrace on 7 floor I always afraid in usa that is always looking good on pic but reality is so different. But here really just perfect!
