It was clean & comfy. Not as handicap accessible as it could have been, my sister is in a Mobil chair & we had to look for a ramp & the doors were not easily opened.

The beds and pillows suck they so need to be replaced bad. I could not for thr life of me get good sleep. The pull out couch mattress is very thin The rooms are a little small but they aren't bad

Honestly the place was in a great location plenty within walking distance . And the beach was great There are plenty of swimming pools too The room was good. A little on the smaller size

higher floor and more quieter at night

Room was a little tight. Could smell smoke (cigar/marijuana) from vent or when you opened sliding door to the balcony.

The View and easy access to different areas and walking around the beach. Kids love the lazy pool.

Pull out bed was the weak link in the furniture, really not usable. The couch itself was fine, no issues. The pots and pans were as described in other reviews, not the best cook wear. The washer and dryer have seen better days, but were serviceable for our needs. Our biggest two complaints were noise levels from the next door apartments and the heavy marijuana smoking on the balconies around us.

The property was a bit dated, but overall, very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the overall condition of our suite was good. The grounds were well maintained and clean. No issues with the pools or hot tubes. Would stay here again. The on-site bar was a bonus. We enjoyed the local eateries and wish we had stopped next door to Bummz's sooner. Loved the She-Crab soup at Damon's and The Dead Dog Saloon.

I needed to call the front desk because the TV stop working, no sheets or pillow for the sofa bed. The light behind the right headboard worked, but not the left. I went to the front desk because the phone was not working either. They fixed the phone, gave us sheets for the sofa bed, fixed the TV. The light behind the left headboard did not get fixed. The room could have used a little bit more light. Overall it still was a nice stay.

The most convenience was the parking. This is the closest we have ever parked near our room.

Security staff need to be trained better to handle guest complaints as our experience with them was terrible. The pizza flyers that were dropped at doors were a nuisance.

The location was outstanding. The mini golf was a nice addition.

Didn't like the keypad for the door. Both our neighbors and us were locked out at the same time. It was frustrating. But finally a housekeeping lady came by and helped.

Room was clean but in need of upgrading, with paint peeling on the ceiling of the living room and in the bathroom. Fridge was old. No toaster. Beds were mushy. We had to call down about rowdy people yelling and cussing in the hot tub. We were ready to sleep and it was 10pm. An hour later when I was in bed asleep, there was a POUNDING on the door, 3 times. I finally got up and answered it to see 3 security guards who accused me of throwing Chex mix at the rowdy people in the hot tub. Isn't that blaming the victim? BTW, I don't like Chex mix so would never have it in my room, nor did I throw anything off my balcony. I was just trying to get some sleep. That did not sit well with me.

Liked the pool and hot tubs, outdoor bar, overall look and cleanliness of the facility. Great staff at the front desk who listened to my concerns and hopefully dealt with the issue I explained.

The bathroom was a little grimy.. could just be that it hasn’t been updated? The tv in the bedroom wasn’t easy at all to use..

The location was perfect! We loved all the pools, lazy river & hot tubs! Loved the sitting area in the room we were in. The option to rent dvds was neat

The parking deck is a bit tight. It was the off season so no many people around but I would foresee issues in the summer.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and a decent size. The view was great and serine! I had an issue with the booking but it worked out and the front desk was accommodating.
