    I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and soap and the ones in the bathroom shower were out except the shampoo. That would be the only thing that was a little disappointing but I made it work with the bar of soap and shampoo. Everything else was excellent.

    Everyone was very nice and friendly. Nice and comfortable rooms and good food and drinks at bar.

    The fact that the fire alarm went off at 730 in the morning…talk about waking up startled! But the property didn’t offer one thing for that inconvience…

    There were wedding parties on multiple floors that completely disregarded other guests. Noise, profanity, and all I can imagine was property damage ensued til about 3:30 am

    It’s always been a goto for happy hour, summer events and fun.

    It was nice except for the reception. We got there at 3:30 to check-in (as we needed to get ready) and our rooms were not ready. We checked back again at 5:30 and they still were not ready. We ended up getting ready at the reception hall of the wedding we were attending. I would like a full refund. I have been in touch via phone with booking.com and have not heard back. This is the FIRST time we have had a complaint with booking and have not heard back.

    We planned on getting ready at the hotel and we couldn't get into our room.

    The restaurant being right where the check in desk made it incredibly loud and hard to understand what was going on and hear the desk attendant. TV in Master Bedroom did not work, Light in living area and bedroom would randomly turn on through the night until we unplugged it from wall. Hotel manager knocked on door very late at night without name tag or proof of being hotel staff and did not introduce self, when I answered the door the first thing he asked was "Sorry to bother you but do you have kids in there?" I did not appreciate that. He came to discuss a noise complaint, but the complaint was for the 4th floor when we were on the 2nd floor.

    The location was great, the size of room was great. The front desk attendants were very welcoming, polite, and helpful.

    The Bar was open for a wedding party all night and they were so loud most of us had a terrible night’s sleep, as in we hardly slept. The ability to sleep should be first and foremost at any hotel. I don’t know how often this happens at this hotel but it happened one of our two nights and it was miserable. The second night was as good as it should have been. I recommend inquiring about any big parties ahead of time if sleep is something you might want. I would rate our first night a 0 and our second night a 9. Also, breakfast is available to buy in their restaurant not a complimentary breakfast FYI.

    The hotel room I stayed in was terrible it had hair everywhere I had to go buy my own towels just to take a shower hair was on the bed I took pictures no accommodations no money no anything then I left my air pods no one returned them either which is weird I have stayed there on multiple occasions and had high expectations I even tell people how nice it is but it was bad with entirely too much hair no supervisor has reached nothing no follow up no nothing never again

    No free bottles of water in the room! For the price, I would expect more and better amenities included. No one, guests or staff included were wearing masks. Michigan is in the midst of another coronavirus surge and this hotel was shockingly tone deaf to the issue.

    Breakfast was not available during the week, a recent unannounced change.

    Well we got there wasnt told about a room change(down graded) so we asked if we could cancel for a refund as we didnt wana pay a higher price for a smaller room.... they said yes gave a receipt saying i would be refunded but instead have been charged the full amount and then double charged extra amount so a $300 stay has turned to $800 no stay

    Manager was terribly rude. Turned me and my wife away on our Wedding night because they over booked. Never even apologized. Worst experience I have ever had with any hotel.

    The room was absolutely FILTHY!!!! The floor was sticky, the table had crumbs on it, velvet couch was very dirty and the shower had hair in it. We don’t think they clean the rooms.

    The hotel was disgusting. It looks like a new hotel and has lots of potential, however the rooms are disgusting and are not being cleaned. We checked in and the sink was clogged with hair and food pieces, there was no way the sink could have been cleaned since it wouldn't drain at all. My husband ended up unplugging it with his fingers. Talk about disgusting! The shower had gunk, hair and dead bugs in it, there were crumbs on the couches along with white streaks(who knows that that was) and trash under couches. There were hand prints and smears on all the doors and splatters on the mirrors in both the hallway and bathroom and to top it all off the phone didn't work. After complaining they moved us to one open room they sent a housekeeper to verify was clean, upon checking ourselves, we found the exact same problems except the sink did drain. Due to a huge car show in town there were no other hotels available or we would have canceled our reservation and went somewhere else. With Covid rampant we do not take our chances in unclean spaces. Thankfully we were traveling with lysol and Clorox wipes so we cleaned the room ourselves. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

    The drain in the shower. The cover is awkward and not easy to maneuver around.

    The modern bathroom, bed, the lighting, the wallpaper. It was a very comfy bed. Beautiful hotel room.
