Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe coffee maker was hard to figure out the function. Then brewed way more than a cup of a coffee and spilled all over counter. It does not have size settings. The living room tv would not keep working. The sofa bed felt like just springs. She slept on it as a couch.
You are right on the beach with beach access. The pool and view is great. The room is comfortable and everything worked well except for the tv. The one in the living room kept shutting off. They said it needed replacing. But had just learned that. We still had one in master bedroom.

This was our first visit to New York/Niagara Falls. We would definitely stay here again. We saved money by not having to rent a car. I loved being able to walk wherever we wanted/needed to go. Staff members were friendly (front desk and at the bar/restaurant). The food options were nice. We ended up eating wings from Amala 3 nights in a row. Lol!

United StatesNothing is free or complimentary- parking is an extra fee, breakfast is expensive, & snacks/drinks are way overpriced. There are also no microwaves in the room, just one in the lobby which was inconvenient.
The location is perfect. It is walking distance to the falls, as well as restaurants, shops & the casino. The staff are very friendly, helpful & always available. The hotel is clean & the rooms are nice. It was a great place to stay for a few days!

United StatesThe only thing that was disturbing was the fact that I had booked through booking.com and the rates were lower at the hotel. And there was nothing they could do about it which I understand, but when I did look online at the hotel directly they were higher than booking.com. so just one of those things.
The hotel was new. It was clean. The lobby was well lit. Rooms were excellent just all around. Great place.
