The available laundry was limited. There were 3 washers, 3 dryers for the whole building. Of these only 2 of each were working. Our room had a toaster and coffee pot. The toaster did not work well at all. Only one outlet in the kitchen appeared to be working. It would have been nice to have a scrubbing sponge to clean up my dirty pan, a washcloth just wasn't enough to get the scrambled eggs out of the single skillet. The parking lot entrance could be better layed out and have areas to secure trailers or add security cameras. We were told the hotel had thefts of motorcycle trailers with the bikes on the trailer. We rode our bikes, but still concerning.

Our room was actually a single bedroom suite with kitchen, living room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Having a kitchen to make a quick breakfast in was really nice. We were warned about bear activity and one of our fellow bikers had a black bear come through and check out the patio grill at his patio in the afternoon.(about 10 feet away!) Staff were friendly and available to offer assistance.

I'm 5'10, my husband is 6'2, and the showerhead came up to our chins. We both had to do a weird backbend to wash our hair. A higher mounted showerhead would be much more comfortable.

Pleasant spa, delightful staff, easy parking and strong WiFi. Clean linens and comfortable bed. Great for an unexpected overnight stay in Steamboat Springs!

There was no A/C except for in the bedroom and it got really hot, especially at night. It was so uncomfortable, we went and bought two fans from Wal-mart down the road to help keep the apartment from getting too hot. Walking up and down the stairs to the third floor was not fun, especially with luggage and baby stuff, but not the worst.

There was plenty of room for me, my husband, baby and two older boys. The kitchen was great and had most utensils and pots/pans and dishes that we needed. It felt like staying in an apartment and was close to all the activities we wanted to do. The staff were really nice and we were able to get anything extra that we needed.

We couldn't figure out how to watch TV, though we aren't exactly technologically gifted. You somehow have to stream from your own device. We were too tired to deal with it.

The suite was immaculate. Check-in was easy and quick, though be prepared to put $100 deposit down. The hold on my CC was removed in less than a week so no problem. I would absolutely stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall design is modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well when we needed it--we stayed in late May so it can be hot during the day and cold at night. There's even a mini putt-putt golf course though we didn't get a chance to try it out. They are renovating the whole resort apparently, and we definitely got one of the renovated suites. The location of the resort is great--mountain scenes and walkable to Safeway and some good breakfast places. I look forward to staying here again.

It would have been nice to have nightstand lamps in the bedrooms. Also, there was some water leaking through the hardwood floors whenever we would walk on them in the kitchen area. We did report this to the front desk and a maintenance person came to check it out. It didn't cause us any problems during our stay, however could turn into a major issue if not addressed soon. The bathroom vent fans were also very loud.

The front desk person, Jacqueline, was very kind and even accommodated us to have a room on the first floor. To our surprise we received an upgrade at no extra cost just to have a room on the first floor. Thank you so much! Also the room was wonderful; you could basically live here! The living room area and beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the ceiling fans really helped keep the room at a nice temperature.

The office was on 2nd floor, it was ok for me , but if someone had mobility issues this would be a big problem

The suits were amazing, clean and large. We got upgraded to a two bedroom instead of one. Itza really helped up, originally we were on the 3rd floor, but she put us on 1st floor due to the one-year-old. The bus stop was right across the street, along with Safeway and liquor store. Highly recommend

Did not like that was a Resort Fee however the hot tub and sauna were non existent. The office was under supposed renovation so you had to go upstairs to a mildew smelling office to register and receive room key cards.

The newly renovated room was spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa. Pillows were uncomfortable.

We enjoyed how clean, spacious and modern the rooms were. It was essentially living in an apartment rather than a hotel room. When we arrived, one of the ACs in the room was not working. They were prompt to call maintenance and when it took more than 10ish minutes, they offered to give us another room, which was an upgrade from what we initially booked for.

I don’t think anything more is needed given the value, but extra kitchen ware and maybe some decor would be homey. It was very sterile. However, given price, totally worth it and had a great stay.

Updated, comfortable accomodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own vehicle but took advantage of their easy convenient shuttle. The downtown location was perfect

On the last night our neibours were making a lot of noise at 2AM. I went to see the other clients and they didn't stop. This is not the hotel's fault. It's just that the walls are not really soundproof.

Friendly employees and clean place. They give us place in the lobby to wax our snowboard. They kept our luggage at the front desk after the checkout because we had a snowboard race. They also gave us some extra cooking pans. Very good service!
