Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomFurniture and fittings all ikea so mattresses very soft - uncomfortable for me personally. The whole place felt a bit cheaper than it should have given the cost. Generally clean but sofas dusty / covered in (dog?) hair so couldn't sit in the living room without sneezing - we mostly went out or opened all the doors and windows though so not a huge deal.
Nice, typical Ile de re bungalow, with a good kitchen and fast wi-fi. Big enough for a family of 5, with a small garden and bbq. Just steps away from the cote sauvage and 5 mins from white sand by bike on the other side. Stones throw from the lighthouse and excellent ice cream! Lovely hosts and lots of extras you don't normally find in French holiday lets like washing up liquid, dishcloths, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Saint Clement is a really nice village with bike rental and great boulangerie. Communication was really good and overall a nice holiday. Hosts also very graciously managed to clean off the coloured pencil left by 2 year old on the wardrobe 🙈 NB the listing pictures show all of the different villas, it can be quite unclear which you've chosen - make sure you check the specific one.

SwedenThe place is perfect for a sunny summer vacation: there is a new ce patios with terrace and a swimming pool. In the other hand on a rainy week, the place gets messy and a bit hard to maintain clean, because there are unlogical arrangements in the flat: a staircase that takes half of the volume of the living room, the volume is lost, oversized dishwasher for the amount of dishes stuff, a toilet space that I think is not comfortable. There are only 3 beds which equal three possible sleeping places for three people. The extra sleeping possibilities is on a movable sofa, which will take half of the rest of the living room that is already lost with the stair case. The owner should fairly advertise: a flat for three persons and extra room for one camper. Because over than three people in this place m, you are camping. However, in the summer, when nights feel like in the Mediterranean weather, ha ha I am joking here! -we are in Ile de Re- you might be able to make five more people camp in the patios or even on inflatable boats in the swimming pool! There are no limits of imagination when you can earn just a little more money!
