Bait and switch.... upon check-in. After they bill themselves as dog-friendly, and charging you for your room in advance, they advise you FOR THE FIRST TIME that the pet charge is $150 per stay. For us, that would be $75 per night. The clerk cut the "fee" to $75, which is still way too much for our 13 lb. dog.

The beds were not very comfortable They charged $75 for the dogs, thought that was a bit too much. They could have asked for a deposit and if nothing was ruined, I get the deposit back The hot tub was not working

The bathroom! No place to lay your toiletry cases out. Good shower. Nice clean towels

The location was close to the Yampa Core Trail, so we were able to take our bikes out a few times. We had our dog with us and there was easy access to grass front and back. I liked the Legacy's policy on conservation of water and providing a container for recyclables.

The sauna didn’t work.

Very comfortable stay for a couple + friend split between two rooms. The bottom floor was perfect for letting the dog out for the bathroom at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

So loud! Couldn’t sleep. We were right next to the laundry room heard people walking by opening doors all night long and early in the morning. It’s always sounded like someone was about to come into our suite.

Location was perfect. Close to City Market and to bike shops, which is what I needed. Staff were super helpful, especially David at the front desk.

Bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and vents into the apartment. Shampoo dispenser was on floor of the hall shower. Maintenance cam and reattached it to the shower wall. Within two hours it was on the shower floor again. Maintenance had to come back and got it to stay up. Only now it didn’t dispense any liquids. They said maintenance would come back out a third time but they didn’t show up until I complained. 8 hours they finally showed up.

A comfortable two bedroom apartment. Nice to have the kitchen stocked with utensils, coffee maker, stove, microwave, refrigerator.

Beds were very hard! Furniture uncomfortable.

We loved that we had 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, totally met our needs. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable so we didn't sleep very well and the furniture in the living room was also hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, the place was clean and roomy and met our needs but we were glad we only had 2 nights to stay due to the beds.

The condo had everything we needed. There is plenty of room for our family plus a couple of friends. Laundry facilities were clean, and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had to travel 1/2 mile to the sister location for the pool, but it was a nice pool that was not crowded.

My three children, ages 11, 8, and 5 all had a great time. We played the mini golf that occupied them for a good 45 minutes (they went through the course 3 times). They liked having two bedrooms too.

needed a counter or shelf of some sort in the bathroom… there was no where to put our things! a couple of times, someone was smoking marijuana outside and the smell filled the room (probably came in thru the A/C window units even though they were not turned on) and the outside and lobby looked a bit dated, but I appreciate that they are likely trying to update the rooms first and then the rest later.

the rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully remodeled. well-stocked kitchen as far as dishes/utensils. parking was easy. (know there was construction going on, but couldn’t ever hear it.) heard about the game room and saw the mini golf, but did not participate. nice features to have!

Lobby and hot tub old and drab. Needs renovation. Room needed some dimmer table and floor lamps. Only had bright ceiling lights. Price high.

they used to have coat hooks in the entryway and for a ski vacation location they really need that. sounds like a silly thing, but with 2 adults and 3 teens, coats, ski pants, helmets, etc were everywhere. they also used to have the same in the bedrooms. seems like a simple thing, but it makes a big difference!

great location and the ski shuttle is awesome for easy access to mountain. the updates are great and have really freshened it up!

Maybe it’s just growing into the renovation, but would be nice to have some kind of rack or storage with a drip tray for skis and snowboards. also, some mats of some sort and trays for boots. Minor, but beats having puddles of water on the floor.

Newly renovated. The ski shuttle is a huge plus and extremely convenient. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

All 3 thermostats in our room showed 10 degrees low and ran the heat all the time making it to hot unless we turned the thermostats off. I told the front desk twice but no one came to see the problem. The shuttle going to the hill was no problem, but we had delays getting home every day. The first day we waited over 30 minutes. The 2nd day I tried to call and ended up in a queue for 30 minutes and never got through so we took the city bus. The 3rd day the phone was forwarded to Central reservations and they said they would send a message but it took overer 30 minutes and I had to call the front desk again.

Nice, newly renovated rooms with full kitchen, free shuttle to hill, convenient location close to the mountain and the town. Nice bathrooms.
