We didn’t like the fact that you had to go up to the second floor to check in and also for their complementary breakfast and then had to go down and go over to the other part of the building to go upstairs to the room. We realize that this is just a temporary situation. So that would be the only negative at this point.

The property is under renovation, but our suite was already ready. It was quiet, no noise or anything. Breakfast is not great, but it is understandable, as there is only a temporary reception area now. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Do not get discouraged by the outside look of the hotel (more like a motel), the inside is beautiful.

It's like the old days of entering each room from the outside, which does compromise on security. Also, their restaurant was closed for renovation, and the breakfast was the absolute poorest I've had in a long time. However the worst part was listening (,on the TV) to the completely woke CEO of the Legacy company spout off every possible left wing mantra of the day. It was indeed true that the staff was very diverse, which is fine, but if quality is compromised, then you have failed! Get back to more sound business principles that puts the needs of your customer first. Without us you are out of business!

It was a nice room if you were planning on multiple days as there were a full set of appliances.

It is a rather rundown building. The ac was about a foot from the side/head of the bed, made it hard to sleep with it blowing on my head. Suggest side table lights the only lighting in the entire place was overhead lighting

The office hours from 10am - 6pm and the breakfast not available until 8:30 am was very frustrating. These negatives will be remembered. The front office staff should be available for questions, help, etc. by 7am, along with breakfast. Other guests also felt the same way. I don’t know if we’d stay here again. Also, our suite did not have coffee filters and it took me going to the office 3 times in order to get some. Just ridiculous. We and other guests were irritated that the staff did not speak English.

The newly refurbished suites were very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped too. The laundry room was a big plus.

Didn’t like the fact that the ceiling fan light in the bedroom kept going on by itself. 2:00am in the morning waking us up. Didn’t care for the window ac’s but it did its job! Beds were uncomfortable.

It was a nice place. Restrooms are super nice! Love that it’s basically an apartment. The balcony is nice.

That there was no one available for check in when the sign told us there would be someone from 10-6pm. Also they advised us that there would be breakfast stuff at 8am but no one was there and the doors were locked. So that’s lame

No elevator to get to the 2nd floor “temporary” lobby. Desk staff hours were from 10:00-6:00. Hard to do check out prior to 10:00 with no staff present. Did not see anywhere how to check out early. Left keycards and unit # with young man vacuuming the floor, who put this on the desk. “Breakfast included” was a disappointment. No coffee, tea or juice offered.

The shower did not have hot water (started warm and then got cold within ~5 min). The surprise pet fee of $100 for a single night was outrageous. We tried to use the pool and hot tub at a separate location, but the pool was out of order and the hot tubs were so chlorinated our eyes hurt for hours afterword and we didn't even sit in the hot tub! The breakfast was absolutely terrible. I cannot believe this place was allowed to say breakfast was provided. We paid $400 for a single night. Horrible.
