The rooms are exceptional. Very comfy beds. Very comfortable and large rooms. Very good location- 15 mins walk to Rodeo Drive and shops, close to cafes, very good price for the location and I felt safe as a solo traveller. Also free bottles of water was a plus.

There used to be free coffee in the lobby and this time we had to pay. That was unforeseen. The keurig cups in the room were all decaf; was that on purpose?

The room was clean and comfortable. The people were friendly and everything went smooth. It was quiet in the hallway. Great location.

There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The hotel layout was a bit confusing to get back to the parking garage.

I enjoyed the square footage of the room. The parking garage felt secure.

Doors to get in and out of rooms are pretty loud when using them or other guests using them so can be a bit disturbing.

Staff very nice, valet too. I had a procedure done amd had to stay to recover a few days. Valet was very nice getting in and out of cars. Staff was very respectful.

I recently stayed at the Burton House Hotel and was very disappointed with the parking situation. The prices for parking were exorbitantly high, especially considering the quality of the hotel. For what you pay per night for a room, one would expect a more reasonable parking fee. To add to the frustration, the parking lot itself was often full, meaning I had to scramble to find alternative options nearby, which were also pricey. It felt like an unnecessary stress added to my stay. Given the overall experience, I don’t think I’d return, primarily due to the prohibitive parking costs. It’s a shame because I liked the hotel very much.

The hotel is not only nice and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. Felix at the front desk was a standout. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to assist with any questions I had. His professionalism and friendliness made check-in a breeze. The housekeeping staff was equally impressive. My room was always spotless and well-maintained. The team was respectful of my privacy while also being prompt and thorough. They provided fresh towels and toiletries daily, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I recently stayed at Burton House and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel booked our room right next to the electrical room, and the noise was unbearable. The loud humming and vibrations were constant throughout the night, making it impossible for us to get any sleep. We informed the staff about the issue, and accept to move us to another room at midnight. It's shocking that a hotel would place guests in a room with such obvious noise issues. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy sleepless nights!

very poor service , they did not restock basic toiletries, did not take out trash daily, left my pillow on the floor when i came back to my room. woke up every morning at 7 am to screaming outside sounded like protests rught under us , multiple false fire alarms, could easily hear people in rooms way far , screams at 2 am , me and my family did not have a good sleep ( we were there for a week ) , we couldnt find self parking everyday, they only had complimentary water on first day, paper cups and coffee capsules were not restocked daily, a dirty ripped towel was left in our room. basic food and or garbage was not taken out.

Wish the bathroom had two sliding doors to separate the sink from the shower and toilet.

Loved the Sprinkles (cupcakes) vending machine! Perfect for a convenient sweet treat! The red velvet was delicious, I purchased it twice! It's family friendly and has a self use washer dryer facility in the building. Came in handy after visiting the beach. The staff were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, spacious ( Delux Queen), great atmosphere/decore, and had lots of storage to place our things. No pool or restaurant, but did not miss a bit. Tried wonderful restaurants nearby and a quick drive to Santa Monica Pier/Beach!

There was dirty underwear left in our room, along with 2 used coffee cups. Our toilet would also not flush and we were unable to use the toilet. No one came to collect the dirty undergarments or fix the toilets so we were left with an unusable toilet along with a previous guests underwear for the duration of our stay.

Windows were small Location not so great There was no drinking water provided in the hotel rooms- just 2 small bottles upon check in and we had to buy our own everyday during our 4 night stay The hotel was pricey for what we got The thermostat was weird noisy and would completely turn off and on again throughout the night making for disturbed sleep The fire alarm went off and we evacuated along with perplexed families. Turns out it was false but no further communication.

Everything, I stayed here from out of town because I had surgery. Staff was amazing the room extremely comfortable. Valet gentleman was super sweet and helpful. My expectations were definitely met.
