The only thing we didn't like was other guests putting towels in the sunbeds and then not occupying them until later in the day .

Facilities were superb . Full breakfast choices . the pool was lovely and clean .

I believe it could have more leisure options, like a small gym or a heated pool. The room was very good, but the decoration (including the bathroom) could be improved.

Beautiful hotel by the lake, near Gardone Riviera and Salò. Good parking. Spacious room with a good balcony, with lake view. Beautiful and pleasant garden. Very good breakfast (which you can have by the lake).

No robes in the rooms, which usually come standard at the price we were paying per night. We were advised we could have a robe for an extra 5 euros 😏

In my personal opinion breakfast was not good. Maybe it's fine if you stay here for a weekend, But if you stay longer it is almost the same every day, and all day menu also was mediocre. I didn't like that they allow customers to smoke in balconies.

Very friendly staff. We also liked the lunch menu from 12.30 till 15.00, food was good. The view from the room was very beautiful. Rooms was very clean. They have heated pool, very good if you come here with kids.

Wifi and network signal in general: we really would like to give the maximum score to the hotel and we'll probably go back, but i have to be honest the wifi is the worst i've ever come across in all my travelling in hotels and b&b's. Always weak signal, no signal sometimes, even when using mobile data. Phone signal also weak. It wasn't our case, but i think it would be very difficult working remotely from there with a laptop or other devices. Maybe a first world problem, but when you pay more then 300 eur a day you also expect to have the ability to effortlessly check your emails or browsing nowadays. Several electricity blackouts during our 3-day stay, maybe a coincidence? (the weather was great so it was not weather-related). Hot water not available in the bathroom on one occasion, but probably related to the blackouts. I guess these are issues which the hotel is aware of and is working on. A few hangers for towels in the bathroom could have been useful. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, but this was made up for by the excellent bar service.

Location: second to none, with amazing view of the lake and direct access to it, garden exceptionally well kept where one can sunbathe all day in a relaxed and undisturbed setting, plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. Pool keep super clean. Food and restaurant staff: exceptional food choice available and quality, both at breakfast and lunch (they don't serve dinner, although you can order some sandwiches, salads etc.. until 19.30), staff working there is very pleasant, fast and attentive. Cleanliness: the cleaning of the room was done in a perfect way. Room: bed was comfortable and large (king size in our room), plenty of wardrobe space, bathroom was also nice, aircon worked well keeping us cool during the very hot days in July. Parking: it was quite full due to the season but we found space, easily accessible. Staff: all very polite and ready to accomodate all requests.

If you are staying near Lake Garda this is a great hotel to base yourself at. On site parking is a huge bonus for us. Located right on the waters edge, taking breakfast in the morning as the sun glints off the lake is a sublime experience we will never forget..and the breakfast is great. The pool is well maintained and there are plenty of sun chairs for you to while away the hours with a cocktail.

The hotel could do with brushing up on its environmental credentials: towels and pillow cases were changed daily and bedding every other day - very luxurious, but not good for the planet!

Beautiful lakeside location, offering a swimming pool and access to the lake. Sumptuous breakfast, served outside if wished. Very friendly and helpful staff. Though there isn't a restaurant service in the evening, you can order substantial 'snacks' from the bar until 7.30.

Tired decor, worn carpets, dirty walls. Duck poo everywhere in the garden. Wear flip flops! Wi-Fi did not extend to our room. Despite many complaints they made no effort to rectify.

Breakfast was good. Garden was beautiful. View from Superior garden room was amazing.
