The price keeps going up. When I first started booking here it was $137 for a week.. now it’s 196 + taxes and fees. Absolutely ridiculous for the people who actually come here and support the property. This was my last stay.

The room 213 was my favorite room. Wifi didn’t go off and on. Water pressure was better in there. No large unnecessary mirror.

Saw two roaches in the bathroom, stains on sheets, Housekeeping came 10:59 which is fine but not 10 mins after when me and my partner were about the leave, someone from the front desk opened the door telling us that 11 AM was the check out time. We weren’t even 15 mins behind when she did that. It was also our second stay there and they didn’t do that the first time. I didn’t appreciate the rushing, when we were on the way out.

No table to sit at and a jumble of desk top hooked on top of other pieces of furniture in place of a dresser. Did not look put together and not very attractive. Toilet was wobbly (a piece of wood stuck underneath in a failed attempt to level it). Was not flushing well. Had to get up at 4am to the sound of running water. The bathroom area was flooding with water pouring out from the toilet. Towels might have been washed, but appeared dirty and old.

Location was great based on my visit to Virginia.

I did not like the fact that booking.com kept my money when I only had to make a name change, it went from Shay Baby to Shanel Cox with the same credit card used and all booking.com is a thief

I made a reservation for Shay baby, which is my nickname and property and booking.com would not except so I had to cancel Shay baby and change it to Shanel Cox and I was charged for both rooms -5 dollars I will never ever recommendbooking.com and I will let it be known that the trickery you have if you book there is no refund or changing of dates scam When you say taking money from people who work hard for their money, you guys suck balls I really deserve a full refund. I stayed at the facility that night. I just had to change names and you charged me a full price. I hate you for that but if you refund my money, I’ll give you five stars. Thank you .

The maids stand in the hallways bad mouthing guests in front of other guests..they will even try to involve unwary guests..It's very uncomfortable..maid staff is very unprofessional and the biggest drawback to staying here..

The light in the bathroom was very dim/ couldn’t give my son a bath as the drain couldn’t shut. The bedsheets had stains on them and the one blankets had cigarette burns in them & pillow cases also dirty. The beds hurt my back. It was not the room I reserved either. reserved non smoking room bc if my two kids but got a smoking room that smelled like smoke from cigs & bud. If they would get at least new blankets, sheets, pillowcases it wouldn’t be that bad.

It was cheap, the floors were nice, and the people who worked there were nice except for one housekeeper she wasn’t rude but was trying to rush us out before checkout time.

ROACHES AND RECHARGED AFTER CANCELATION. PUT MY LIFE AND HEALTH IN DANGER.

I never stayed. Returned keys and canceled. I sent noticed to booking and booking is pretending the dispute never happened. Horrible roach infestation as soon as you open doors and turn on lights. Charged. Canceled. Then recharged. I didn't do that. I never authorized the second charge. I did request the refund. Walked outside all night 2 nights (zero sleep or rest) because my money is just hobe

Room was dirty. We killed 2 cockroaches. The bedding was not clean and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat and bowl had poo stains. When we came out there were sketchy people outside. We only stayed because it was too late to drive back home. We were only in town for a show in Norfolk.

Location to downtown Norfolk if you happen to have an event and you need a place to sleep.

Everything, disgusting!!!!

Nothing, it was horrible. Had to leave because of cockroaches and human waste on the toilet. Was told I would get a full refund and got NOTHING!!!! WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN!!!!!

First night it was an almost finished toilet tissue roll in the bathroom. Instead of throwing the use tissue away they just left it in there. There were stains on top of STAINNNNS on the sheets, smh. This is not the first stay here. Before it was decent not too bad but over the past few months me and my boyfriend have been booking here .. they have raised the prices and lowered the value. Truly disappointed in this stay.
