Carpeting in the guest quarters is old and dirty. Needs to be replaced.

The fact that check out is 11 and we had the maid knock on our door at 10 asking when we were leaving. WHO DOES THAT!!?? VERY VERY RUDE!! never has that happened when we stay anywhere. Seriously we will leave by check out. We paid for the room till then, don't knock and ask when we plan to leave. It's your job...wait!

I don"t think they offered breakfast. In room Keurig had a nice selection. Dinner in the grill was great! Wonderful service great food. The room was "dated" but everything was very clean and in good repair. An observation, just older, not an issue.

There were 3 dogs running thru the hallway @ 9-10-11 pm. After I confronted the owners the noise stopped. Should not have been necessary.

The rooms look a little outdated but I only booked a room for the giant jacuzzi. It’s the biggest jacuzzi I’ve found for the lowest price. One downside is there is no microwave in the room.

The furniture was old, one chair was torn. Rug was old. Had to carry bags up two flights of stairs. It was at a golf course, no front desk or people other than in the golf pro shop.

the property was nice but noisy. the noise from the bar was right below my room window. it is a golfers delight, so the early morning noise of the golf carts being prepared for the day didn’t allow for sleeping in. The jacuzzi tub was nice that evening after hiking and climbing all of the rocks and monuments at the battlefield.

Stairs were a challenge for senior with some physical difficulty, and need to get dog outside early morning and later at night.

Location was perfect for visiting relatives. Accommodations were comfortable; Keurig was appreciated and that staff kept coffee pods fully supplied.

Stayed there a couple of times now and have to say the 2 remotes for the tv can be confusing. Since I stayed there before I know how to operate them but for someone who never stayed there before I’m sure it very frustrating. Hopefully in the near future they’ll get a better system with just 1 remote

I had the end room by the door over the back deck. The early golfers went in and out the door starting fairly early and everyone seemed to just let it bang shut each time. It bang-bang-banged all early morning. The following is not an issue for me, but might be for other travelers. The guest rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. If you or anyone in your party isn't comfortable taking the stairs, this place is not for you. You enter the building below grade and go up two flights to the floor with the guest rooms.

I chose the hotel because it is not a "big box" hotel, but rather an older building. Its on a golf course. I don't golf, but it was central between York, Hanover, and Gettysburg where I needed to go. It had a little more atmosphere than a chain hotel does. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi. There were four windows on the two exterior walls, all of which had deep windowsills. There was a bar and grill downstairs with an outside deck. I had a dinner there and found the atmosphere very pleasant. My room was right over the bar and the deck. Sounds from the patrons came into the room, but it isn't open real late so it was quiet enough once the restuarant closed.

I am glad I can walk stairs because there were metal stairs you had to climb to get to where bedroom was. It would be rough if you had walking issues

It was a surprise to have a place to stay pretty much in the area of farmland. Views were beautiful. The hot tub was great.

The inn was very peaceful with good location close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms where very clean and the staff has very helpful. Would definitely stay at this location.

Once we were on the property, there was no signage re how to check-in or enter the building. A guest accessing his car explained where our paperwork was & suggested we go into the bar since: 1. No guest quarter staff was available when we arrived at 10P. 2. There was no elevator to access upstairs rooms for disabled customers such as myself. I was not aware of both those factors from your online information. The bar staff made every effort to assist us. Thankful for their kindness. Our room smelled musty. The upholstered bench at the foot of one bed was badly stained. For the fee of $165, this accommodation was a disappointment. What compensation can you offer for this unsatisfactory experience? I didn’t like the fact that there was no staff on the premises when we arrived. Self check in and unlocked doors seemed a little sketchy but it was all good. Also, another guest had a dog that was barking in the hallway around 12:30 AM and again around 6:00 AM. It was annoying.
