The carpet in the room is outdated and has a slight smell. I got a room slightly earlier than the check in time, but the downsid was the window towards an interior court, no view.

The room is spacious, and the location is quiet with a nice garden. There is a very basic breakfast, for people who want to start their day early

In room coffee wasn’t working properly and I pod for coffee was too weak. Continental breakfast was great.

Not a great breakfast. Seemed as minimal as possible. No sink in the bathroom so not enough privacy. Would have been a pain if we had been on the second floor.

Great, quite accessible location. Very friendly staff loved being on the first floor.comfy beds, Good shower, good laundry room. Plenty of free parking.

The breakfast included is very simple. I wish there could be a bit more options or to be provided at a reasonable price. I do appreciate that the hotel offered mugs and real utensils to reduce the waste to the minimum. The only waste in the end is our paper plates.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown, so it's less convenient (but to be fair, the price is way more affordable than hotels close to downtown as well). On the other hand, it's right next to a beautiful lake-side park and great for a pleasant walk. Also, it is very close to some good brewery.

Sink was out in the bedroom, grout of the bathroom tile came out. Breakfast didn't start until 7 am.

Easy to find, with plenty of parking. It's a bit dated, but it was clean, beds were comfortable, location is great, room was spacious, and worked great for a night.

No elevator so second floor rooms require stairs. Breakfast is limited.

This was a great property with an incredibly friendly staff. The property is a little older, but it was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again over a chain hotel.

Dated shower, non inviting, did not use. Bed near window has no light, can't read when curtain closed. Place was fine for an overnight stay and would recommend for short simple stay. No feeling of lux for $300+ a night but glad to have it.

Ample parking, easy check-in and checkout, heater worked. Upstairs corner quiet. Comfortable bed. Simplest of breakfast starting 7:00.

The gazebo looking at the pond full of ducks. Hot tub ! Amazing room, was a corner room all windows, very big. Good value. Extremely quiet.

There was not anything about this place to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Since I was in an "extended stay," the cleaning staff did a very good job of cleaning the room. The breakfast was modest, but good. And, since it was free, there was not much to complain about.

Just a small remark : Please add cream cheese or something salted on the breafast please. and it will be perfect ;-)

The very beautiful place. The Room is pretty and well epuiped by a fridge, a microwawe, a coffee machine... The room is big and the King size bed is confortable. The land around is beautifule and you can walk arround the twin lake. the receptionist is very friendly and pleasant. Mary from France

It would be great if breakfast options included more protein without sugar. The hard-boiled egg was a good start, but the only yogurt available was sweetened.

Loved the room, the ease of our late-night check-in process, the quietness of the neighborhood.
