Rooms are very dark with little lights, and it got very hot during the day!

Hotel is old. Floor tiles, bathroom and walls are dated. Could go for some remodelings. Towels- scratchy. Not soft at all. But im good with it. Im not a sensitive skinned lady. Pillows are too fat. For some reason it strained my neck so I had to removed it and sleep flat on my back. The mattress is awesome though.

Location- walking distance from places to eat. Staff- very friendly and accommodating Room design and hotel lobby- i am a sucker for vintage old homey furnitures and homes so I liked the vibe Wifi- very stable Free breakfast- continental only, no hams bacon but there are eggs. Selection and pastries are yummy and coffee is good as said by my husband who is a coffee addict Bed- wow the mattress firm. It is good for the back.

No facilities in the kitchenette (no tea towel, bowls or cutlery etc). No bath mats provided. Floor was quite dirty- did not appear to have been mopped. Fireplace did not work. Someone came to re-light it but later in the evening when we actually wanted to use it, it was off again.

Lovely staff and a great location. Nice big bed and huge spa bath. Property has a lot of potential. Great breakfast options.

I didn't see the pet fee until check in. When I googled it never stated there was an additional $60 per pet. And walls were paper thin.

Would have like to have had an AC unit in the room. The ceiling fan on high was very noisy. The cross breeze helped cool the room down.

Room was very nice. Comfortable bed, nice jet tub in the room. Took a few minutes to figure TV out, but once we did, it worked nice. Some of the lights in the room connected to the switch didn't work (overhead light). Wasn't an issue, the bed side lights worked fine.

The coffee didn't match the coffee maker in the room and when I got it to work, it tasted really bad. Undrinkably terrible. Good thing the front desk had some:) Coffee is important to me because I needs it and I loves it.

I like the welcoming front desk with coffee and cocoa and the room was very comfortable. Especially the big chair! Fireplace in room was very nice and loved having bball court and pool right next to us. And free breakfast. Would stay again.

The bed was saggy and a little uncomfortable. We wanted to add more hot water to the tub so we could stay in it longer, but the hot water ran out.

bed, beddings could be better. our room was clean and the bed was clean, but just some part of the room like the floor and walls could use some dusting. the mattress needs updating and the pillows were sinking so much it turns flat. not the best to sleep in.

The front door to the room had a little gap, so the heat seeped out a little. We just used some newspaper to insulate and block the air. The beds were very squeaky and a little too soft.

The cabins and the property are adorable and clean! The front desk had a ton of supplies.

originally booked a suit but had nowhere to sit beside the bed. Switched to the loft and furniture was old, walls were thin, could hear the neighbor next door at night.
