I was very disappointed in the choices for breakfast. Maybe include choices like bagels & cream cheese, a waffle machine, waffle mix & syrup and pasties. When we arrived, the room was cold & the air conditioner was turned up too high. There wasn't a bottom sheet on my bed, just the mattress cover.

The room & bed were comfortable. The shower had good pressure.

Smell of cigarettes was super strong. We got a non-smoking room. We killed a couple bugs in the room . TV wasn't working half the time. Staff came to fix it once but it went out again. Fridge didn't work.

The family suite had a musty, smell once entering. The carpets felt dirty. Many light bulbs out. White Towels had stains of mud or blood on them. 2nd room with 2 beds Tv didn't work.Walked out of our room and person sleeping up against their room door-smelt horrible. Breakfast...snack food items. Granola bar, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, oatmeal packets and toast. No grass anywhere...weeds. Update photos on your app, didn't match the hotel. The cement stairs are crumbling. :-(

Could feel every spring in the mattresses. Furniture and room was in poor condition. "Breakfast" is a loaf of bread, toaster, microwave oatmeal packets, cereal and apples. Keep this in mind.

Room on 8th from, other booking. Bathroom floor was un level. TV didn't work properly and the cne of the chairs was stained with paint. Middle connecting room was nicer but the doors were cracked.

Ida and her friendliness and help in changing rooms from stay on the 8th. The flooring in the rooms was very smooth and comfortable. Hand soap had a nice grit to it. Pool, I loved swimming in the pool.! Liked Shelly too.

truly the bathroom smelled like urine and the cheap flooring was put down without any underlayment and so if you dropped anything it was as loud as a gun going off . the place boasts if the Best rates in town and that much is true. I'm sure that had I showed up within the proper timto check in I would have gotten a better room ....the lady at the front desk was the hottest thing since jalapeño poppers. I'd go back there just to see that one again. the place was not bad I just got the short end of the stick which seems to happen quite often when I use this app and pay in advance ...I get assigned to the properties worst room almost every time??

It just seemed a bit sketchy. We were perfectly fine but just felt a bit sketchy.

Cost was reasonable. They have tried to upgrade a little but to mixed success.

There needed to be better housekeeping. I cleaned up the sink and counter in the bathroom from the previous guests, and there were cobwebs on the draperies plus dirt in all windowsills. There were also some minor repairs to curtains and lamps that were needed. And they had 3 towels for 4 guests in a room that could sleep 6 people. Good grief!

Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, there seemed to be some mix-up as they had me and my family booked into a smoking room when our Booking profile specifically requests non-smoking. They corrected that and put us into a 2 bedroom, 6 bed accomodation.

Providing hot water for tea/coffee would be helpful, rather than the need to heat water in your room microwave. Complimentary coffee was only available in the morning - and well after we had left the building for the day. For the price, we felt breakfast should have been included.

*TV kept turning off until I discovered the placement of the dresser below was applying pressure on the electrical cord. *Floors were horribly filthy in the room and in the bathroom. I used a hand towel to mop. It was so gross that I felt I had to explain to the front desk why the towel looked so bad. In their defense, they were apologetic and explained they were having issues with the cleaning crew that they were trying to sort. *Breakfast fair was rather meager. Don't expect anything but toast to be warm and the oatmeal simply because you nuked the water to heat it.

Booked at the last minute due to changes in weather conditions. They were accommodating to my reoom request. Beds were super comfy.
