I have stayed at this hotel several times mainly because of location. The first three (3) times the breakfast was excellent. This trip the breakfast was simply unacceptable and I am a breakfast guy! What happened and why. Truly I would like to hear from you... Why? One Love ❤️

Decor/rooms were a bit outdated. Side door alarms were really loud but based on where the front desk is I can understand needing an alarm to sound when someone enters the building from an angle the staff cannot see.

The room was spacious, comfy beds, clean. The free breakfast was good, wished it was a little longer than 6a to 9a. Although small they did have a gym and check in staff was polite.

The home fries were a little stale but it could be because we came down 45 minutes before breakfast was over. I’m not sure how long the place has been open, but the building itself is starting to show some wear and tear. We always make sure to sanitize any rooms we stay in and this was no exception. Cleanliness was not the greatest. As soon as we walked in, I saw hairs by the sink and on the floor of the bathroom. The drainage needs attention as well because the water fills the bathtub as you shower and it took forever to go down. Two hours after I showered, the water had still not gone down. I needed to use the ironing board and it was dirty, and one of the towels also had something brown stuck to it. My brother in law and his wife had to switch rooms because their bed was broken and dipping in the middle. We were only in town for wedding for a day and a half so we made due and used my sister in law’s place for anything else.

The breakfast was plentiful. The location was accessible and there were shops and restaurants nearby. They accommodated our late check in and were really nice at the front desk. This place served its purpose as we were really only there for about 6-7 hours out of our trip. It’s an okay place if you don’t actually plan on spending too much time there.

Pool closes Labour day but temp in the 80s. Hotter than summertime in Europe. Why? Wd pay more for hotel that pool suits customer and climate

The surprise $200 deposit. Had to obtain a parking pass for myself and any guests. The room was clean, but not worth the price. Comfort suites across the street is 10 times better, more space, indoor pool, and a cheaper deposit. The bird made out of a towel was annoying because i feel like i was charged for it..

They cleaned rooms daily. Good breakfast. Incidental deposit was promptly returned.

The staff were not all welcoming. One staff member spoke to my partner and kids pleasantly. But was taping at me with her nails and only asked me which room was I checking in. Was not very to me at all.

They automatically tell you that they will take $200 for incidental charges. I can see if this was a four star or even a five star hotel this is basically a 2 1/2 to 3 star.

It was good for the night, places to eat all around us and well as Uber/doordash.

A thin blanket only on the bed. No comforter at all. Children in the hallway yelling and running late evening.

At the arrival the communication was difficult for example I was not told to put the sticker in my car it could have been removed fortunatly it was not removed the 10 00 am to terminate breakfast is too early We had a problem to find your the hotel more detail information should be given what road to take from the 95 there is many french people comming from canada who dont speack english your employee could use the transalator on the phone A smile is always appreciated and dont cost anything

The vents were all very dusty. We both were sneezing and coughing after one night of breathing in all the dust.

We're always offered goodies since we’re members, but not this time. Breakfast hours could be extended and the food choices need improvement. By the time we went down, the eggs were super watery (not much left) and some employees were chatting it up (I think with a guest, not sure) at the waffle station. That’s fine, but you can move to the side and do that. Ended up leaving.

Check in was pleasant and the room was clean.
