Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property was very well kept, so clean and it smelt so good everywhere. Breakfast was awesome and we had free parking! We also had our service dog with us and he was treated very well. Still can’t believe this was a 2 star hotel tbh.

United StatesThe parking lot at night is a bit questionable. 🤨 It is well lit, but The signage posted by the hotel in the parking lot is clear about locking cars and not leaving valuables in sight. They take no responsibility for theft and lends to the idea that theft is common.
It suited our needs for the night, family of 3. It was clean and the staff was extremely thorough and professional.

Not a fan of the coffee machine, but that's minor. We were looking for a place to stay close to the Freedom Mortgage Pavillion for a concert. The location was good.
