The breakfast was somewhat limited but adequate in variety.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating (from the frontdesk to cleaning staff). The location is ideally located within walking distance to the Katy Mills Mall, ChuckECheese, Walmart, Pizza Hut, Subway and a number of other locations.

The breakfast that was included in our room price was almost out of everything by 8 am. No dishes, food items were not replinished.

Real serious issue is that the phone did not work. So if needed we could not dial 911 if we had no other available means to call 911. The closet doors were broken and we could not open them or use the safe. There were young men smoking pot in the parking lot. The late night staff not so much. We had to get our own extra pillows and we told him about the room issues and he just stated he would make a note. Not that he would get us a new phone or new room so we could use the closet.

The front desk staff was nice. We only dealt with one gentleman. Dutch accent I think. He was very helpful.

Beds or I guess mattress. But then again I‘ve never been able to sleep comfortably on the beds at any hotel. I guess there’s no place like my bed that adjusts to any position. I’m 71 my husband 76 yrs old that may be a reason.

Breakfast was fine although we ate with family at a restaurant right around the corner from the hotel. We ended up staying an extra day and had no problem getting that done. The staff including the maids were very nice & friendly. Will recommend this hotel to family & friends!

Elevator was out. I just got out of the hospital for heart issues and had to walk the stairs up to my floor in the heat, as it was very hot in the stairwell. The mattresses were also very stiff. I wouldn't stay again.

The property smelled. I was moved from one room to the other because my room smelled like a musty basement. The second room smelled like cat urine!! It was worse than the first room. The hotel was booked up and there wasn’t any other rooms available. I ended up leaving and booking other accommodations for a night just to get out of the hotel due to the smell of the room. I also had to ask several times to get my room cleaned. The first time no one never came. I had to complain to management. They also ran out of food twice when I was there at 8-8:30am. Was told they wouldn’t be putting out more food. In fairness there were a lot of people the hotel was fully booked.

Breakfast was fairly basic, could have done with more selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit, the staff looked miserable and had to be asked to replenish breakfast things, plates, etc . There should have been the option to have a kettle and tea in the rooms as not everone drinks coffee. Some tables were wobbly. We asked for our sheets to be changed with a 24 hr notice as this is what we were told to do. However, when we back on Sat 20th/Sun 21st late we got to our room and the beds had not been made or sheets changed which was disappointing as we were extremely tired and had to make beds etc. They were changed on 22nd. Had problems with my access card after the first day so just used my partners.

The cleaners were very sweet generally. The young lad on Reception was helpful and chatty. The Room was spacious and liked the safe in there too. The Hotel was well placed for nearby shopping malls and Katy Mills Mall was a 5 Min walk from the hotel.

The carpets throughout the hotel were noticeably dirty, the rooms felt stuffy and lacked proper ventilation, the blankets were not clean, and the bathrooms were also in need of attention. Additionally, the breakfast provided was insufficient.

The front desk staff has bad attitude. Customer has to wait for him to finish his personal phone call before talking with you. Room don't have any extra blanket, and nobody answer your phone call. Customer has to go to the front desk to ask for it.
