The bathroom floor was greasy (?) and it wasn't properly cleaned (bathtub and behind the toilet). Unfortunately, in the last two days of my stay, the shower water pressure decreased subtantially (it actually happened while I was showering, before this it was great). Besides this, the room smelled a bit like smoke, but nothing unbearable.

The room is big and the bed confortable. It also has a lot of outlets and a desk. It's located near a few supermarkets and fast food chains. As a single female traveller I wasn't sure about the hotel style, but I felt safe due to the two door locks. I think it was fair for the price.

It could be better if the hotel had a waffle or/and pancake machine for the breakfast. Doing my own waffles or pancakes was one of the things I wanted to experience while traveling in the US. lol

The location is great. It is close to San Antonio Shopping Center, so it is convenient to get any items or foods I wanted. Also, the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stays here.

Staff was helpful but they didn't have any extra bedsheets or pillows which is a bit poor. Travelling with kids is not ideal as they can tend to soil thr bed and the hotel has no extra bedsheets

Room curtain did not reduce outside light, room door hard to close, most of staff non english speaking and hard to talk with ( asked a male where ice machine was he did not know what ice was), ice machine 2nd floor was broken.

We had some issues with our room keys, staff did help with that, but went thru 4 keys after midnight. There was also false eyelashes (not from me) stuck to the do not disturb sign…

Poor Wifi, a strange (but not bad) smell in the room, the shampoo bottle was empty. Asked for refill, and wasn't done after 12 hours. Asked the next day, they had refilled it out, but saw the shoe print dirt on the bathroom floor/mat, and they hadn't bothered to call room service to clean it up after that.

The hotel is pet friendly, which is great, but the room we stayed in definitely had a strong urine odor as if pets had stayed and the carpet was damaged. It was unfortunate that during our stay, another hotel guest had gotten lost and banged on our room door at 1 am. We definitely couldn’t sleep after that. We decided to skip breakfast because we just wanted to get out of there.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The pre-check in email that I filled out and submitted and then had to redo once we arrived because they didn't know anything about it. Why bother asking us questions in a text if they know they won't be responding to. Yes, I asked a few questions and never received an answer. Nor could the person at check-in answer once I was there. (1. Where is the CalTrain station from here? They didn't have any ideas where it was located. 2. Good place to eat? They recommended Carl's Jr. because it was right across the street.) The carpet was filthy in our room. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed in quite some time. The Tile Floors also in our were super sticky that your shoes would stick to the floor. Both beds (queen) need to be updated/replaced. The springs in our bed kept pocking me in the back and hip. And my sons bed was all broken down. Why bother having Shampoo and Conditioner Bottles mounted in the shower for you to use when they were both completely empty. Unless that was for decor only. If so, nice touch! It's a good thing that I did bring my own bodywash, as I needed that to wash my hair. There weren't any wash cloth to wash my face with, so it's a good thing that there was an extra hand towel. As I had to use that instead. We won't be staying there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The check-in and check-out were easy. There was plenty of parking on a week day.
